論約瑟則曰、願其地蒙主賜福、以天上之寶、以甘露、以地下之淵、以日生之寶、以月產之寶、以古山之首物、以老嶽之異寶、以地及盈地者之寶、以蒙居荊棘者之恩、願此福歸於約瑟之首、或作願居荊棘者之恩歸約瑟之首降於兄弟中最尊者之頂、

其父存日厚賜以金銀寶物、亦賜以猶大鞏固之數邑、惟國賜於約蘭、因其為長子、
