所以你們應當先尋求神的國和神的義，這一切都將加給你們了。

出於你父親的神，因他幫助你。全能者必把天上來的福、地下深淵蘊藏著的福、哺乳和生育的福，都賜給你。

因為操練身體，益處還少；但是敬神，對一切的事都有益處，有今生和來生的應許。
