Then food was set before him, but he said,“ I will not eat until I have told you what I have to say.”“ Then tell us,” Laban said.

Then food was placed in front of him. But he said,“ I won’t eat until I’ve told you what I have to say.”“ Then tell us,” Laban said.

Then food was served. But Abraham’s servant said,“ I don’t want to eat until I have told you why I have come.”“ All right,” Laban said,“ tell us.”

But when food was set before him to eat, he said,“ I will not eat until I have stated my business.” And he said,“ Speak on.”

When food was served, he said,“ I will not eat until I have said what I want to say.”“ Tell us,” Laban said.

Servants, be obedient to them that are[ your] masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether[ he be] bond or free.

Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;I will not give sleep to mine eyes,[ or] slumber to mine eyelids,Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty[ God] of Jacob.

And they that have believing masters, let them not despise[ them], because they are brethren; but rather do[ them] service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.

Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary[ food].

Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do[ it] with thy might; for[ there is] no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat.But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of.Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him[ ought] to eat?Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean[ men].
