Abraham looked up and there in a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. He went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son.

自己心裏也斷定是必死的，叫我們不靠自己，只靠叫死人復活的神。他曾救我們脫離那極大的死亡，現在仍要救我們，並且我們指望他將來還要救我們。

你們所遇見的試探，無非是人所能受的。神是信實的，必不叫你們受試探過於所能受的；在受試探的時候，總要給你們開一條出路，叫你們能忍受得住。

祭物和禮物，你不喜悅；你已經開通我的耳朵。燔祭和贖罪祭非你所要。那時我說：看哪，我來了！我的事在經卷上已經記載了。我的神啊，我樂意照你的旨意行；你的律法在我心裏。

亞伯拉罕說：「我兒，神必自己預備作燔祭的羊羔。」於是二人同行。

你或向左或向右，你必聽見後邊有聲音說：「這是正路，要行在其間。」

乃是憑着基督的寶血，如同無瑕疵、無玷污的羔羊之血。基督在創世以前是預先被神知道的，卻在這末世才為你們顯現。

當時，你在異象中曉諭你的聖民，說：我已把救助之力加在那有能者的身上；我高舉那從民中所揀選的。我尋得我的僕人大衛，用我的聖膏膏他。

你們既是無酵的麵，應當把舊酵除淨，好使你們成為新團；因為我們逾越節的羔羊基督已經被殺獻祭了。所以，我們守這節不可用舊酵，也不可用惡毒、邪惡的酵，只用誠實真正的無酵餅。
