以色列全体会众都照着耶和华的吩咐，一站一站，从汛的旷野起程，在利非订安营。在那里人民没有水喝。因此人民与摩西争吵，说：“给我们水喝吧。”摩西对他们说：“你们为什么与我争吵呢？你们为什么试探耶和华呢？”人民在那里渴望得水喝，就向摩西发怨言，说：“你为什么把我们从埃及领上来，使我们和我们的儿女，以及我们的牲畜都渴死呢？”

铁匠先用工具在铁上雕刻，然后在火炭中加工，再用锤子把铁锤成形状，用他有力的膀臂锤成。他若饥饿，就没有力量；他若不喝水，就疲乏。
