当神叫我离开父家、飘流在外的时候，我对她说：‘我们无论走到什么地方，你可以对人说：他是我的哥哥；这就是你待我的恩典了。’”

When God called me to leave my father’s home and to travel from place to place, I told her,‘ Do me a favor. Wherever we go, tell the people that I am your brother.’”

So when God had me wander from my father’s house, I said to her: Show your loyalty to me wherever we go and say about me,‘ He’s my brother.’”

and it came about, when God caused me to wander from my father’s house, that I said to her,‘ This is the kindness which you will show to me: everywhere we go, say of me,“ He is my brother.” ’ ”

And it came to pass, when God caused me to wander from my father’s house, that I said to her,‘ This is your kindness that you should do for me: in every place, wherever we go, say of me,“ He is my brother.”’”

將近伊及、語妻撒萊曰、我知爾為美容之婦、伊及人見爾必云、此亞伯蘭妻也、則將殺我而存爾、爾可自稱為我妹、使我緣爾獲平安、我命緣爾得保、亞伯蘭至伊及、伊及人見婦甚美麗、法老法老即伊及王之稱下同之臣亦觀之、譽於法老前、婦遂納入法老宮、法老因婦厚待亞伯蘭、亞伯蘭遂有牛、羊、牝驢、牡驢、奴婢、駱駝、主緣亞伯蘭妻撒萊之故、降大災於法老及其家室、法老召亞伯蘭至、曰、何待我如是、何不告我彼乃爾妻、何言彼為爾妹、幾使我娶之為妻、今爾妻在此、可挈之去、法老遂命人送亞伯蘭與妻、及凡所有者以去、

彼得曰、爾曹何為同謀、試主之神乎、葬爾夫者、其足已及門、亦將舁爾出矣、

亞伯拉罕有信、蒙主命、往將獲以為業之地、即遵命而出、臨出之時、尚不知所往、

曰、爾出故土、離親族、往我將指爾之地、乃離迦勒底、居哈蘭、其父死後、天主徙之至此地、即爾今所居者、是時天主未嘗在此地賜之以業、即立足之地、亦未賜之、惟許以此地賜彼及其子孫為業、時亞伯拉罕尚未有子也、

掃羅曰、爾既顧恤我、願主賜福於爾、
