所多玛人极其邪恶，在耶和华眼中罪恶滔天。

不可随众行恶。在法庭作证时不可附和多数人，颠倒是非。

因为他们不作恶就无法入睡，不绊倒人就无法安眠；

耶和华说：“所多玛和蛾摩拉罪恶深重，人们怨声载道。

他们善于作恶。领袖和审判官索要贿赂，显贵袒露心中的恶欲，朋比为奸。

杀人流血，脚步飞快；

以色列全体会众在旷野向摩西和亚伦发怨言说：

就是先知说假预言，祭司滥用权力，我的子民却以此为乐。但当最后的结局来临时，他们还能做什么呢？

图谋诡计的心，奔跑作恶的脚，

祭司长和长老却怂恿百姓要求释放巴拉巴，处死耶稣。总督再次问百姓：“这两个人，你们要我释放哪一个？”他们说：“巴拉巴！”彼拉多问：“那么，我怎样处置那个被称为基督的耶稣呢？”他们齐声说：“把祂钉在十字架上！”彼拉多问：“为什么？祂犯了什么罪？”他们却更大声地喊叫：“把祂钉在十字架上！”彼拉多见再说也无济于事，反而会引起骚乱，于是拿了一盆水来，在众人面前洗手，说：“流这义人的血，罪不在我，你们自己负责。”众人都说：“流祂血的责任由我们和我们的子孙承担！”

耶和华说：“你们在耶路撒冷街头四处看看，在广场找找，如果你们能找到一个公正诚实的人，我就赦免这城。虽然他们凭永活的耶和华起誓，却口是心非。”耶和华啊，你要的不是诚实吗？你责打他们，他们不感到疼痛；你严惩他们，他们仍不受教。他们屡教不改，脸比石头还硬。我想：“他们贫穷、愚昧，不明白他们上帝耶和华的道，也不知道祂的法令。我要找他们的首领说话，因为这些首领明白耶和华的道，知道他们上帝的法令。”然而，他们却一致违背耶和华的律法，不服从祂的法令。因此，林中的狮子必袭击他们，荒野的豺狼必残害他们，豹子也蹲伏在他们的城外，伺机撕裂出城的人，因为他们罪大恶极，屡屡叛道。
