基甸回家预备了一只山羊羔，用十公斤面粉做了无酵饼，把肉放进篮子，把汤盛在壶中，然后拿到橡树下献给耶和华的天使。

他们用从埃及带出来的面团烤成无酵饼，面团没有酵，因为他们被催促离开埃及，没有时间准备食物。

所以，我们不可带着歹毒邪恶的旧酵守这逾越节，而要用真诚纯洁的无酵饼。

不要忘记款待客旅，因为曾经有人接待客旅时不知不觉接待了天使。

“我告诉你们，那人虽不念朋友之情，但是倘若你不肯罢休，继续请求，他最终会起来满足你的愿望。

主人又说，‘出去到大路上、篱笆旁硬把人拉来，让我家里座无虚席。

随后，他在家设宴款待耶稣，赴宴的人中有许多税吏和其他人。

村里有人为耶稣预备了晚饭，拉撒路也与耶稣同席，玛大在旁边伺候。

一天，以利沙路过书念，那里一位富有的妇人挽留他吃饭。此后以利沙每次路过那里，总到她家里吃饭。

“七天之内你们都要吃无酵饼。第一天，要清除家中所有的酵。任何人若在这七天当中吃有酵的饼，要将他从以色列人中铲除。

快到以马忤斯村时，耶稣好像还要继续前行。他们极力挽留祂，说：“天快黑了，时候不早了，跟我们一同住宿吧。”耶稣就和他们一起进村住下。

因为基督的爱激励我们，因为我们确信：基督一人既代替所有的人死了，所有的人就都死了。

以撒渐渐长大，亚伯拉罕在他断奶的那天摆设宴席。
