but you will go to your fathers in peace. You will be buried at a good old age.

但你要享大寿数，平平安安地归到你列祖那里，被人埋葬。

至于你，你要平平安安归到你祖先那里，必享长寿，被人埋葬。

至于你，你要平平安安归到你祖先那里，必享长寿，被人埋葬。

而你必享长寿，安然离世。

你必得享长寿，被人埋葬，平平安安地回到你列祖那里。

至于你，你必平平安安地归到你祖先那里，你必尽享天年，才被安葬。

但你要享大壽數，平平安安地歸到你列祖那裏，被人埋葬。

至於你，你要平平安安歸到你祖先那裏，必享長壽，被人埋葬。

而你必享長壽，安然離世。

至於你呢，你卻要安安然然地歸回你列祖那裏，得享長壽，受人埋葬。

爾必安然歸祖、考終而葬、

爾必享遐齡、安然返本、而葬焉。

爾必安然歸祖、享大壽終而葬、

You, however, will go to your ancestors in peace and be buried at a good old age.

But you will die in peace. You will join the members of your family who have already died. And you will be buried when you are very old.

As for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried in a good old age.

( As for you, you will die in peace and be buried at a ripe old age.)

You will come to your grave in a full age, like a shock of grain comes in its season.

After this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah before Mamre( that is, Hebron), in the land of Canaan.

“ I am a stranger and a foreigner living with you. Give me a possession of a burying- place with you, that I may bury my dead out of my sight.”

These are the days of the years of Abraham’s life which he lived: one hundred seventy- five years.Abraham gave up his spirit, and died at a good old age, an old man, and full of years, and was gathered to his people.Isaac and Ishmael, his sons, buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron, the son of Zohar the Hittite, which is near Mamre,

Mark the perfect man, and see the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace.

“ Behold, I will gather you to your fathers, and you will be gathered to your grave in peace. Your eyes won’t see all the evil that I will bring on this place and on its inhabitants.”’” They brought back word to the king.

Now David was old and full of days; and he made Solomon his son king over Israel.

For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he could swear by no one greater, he swore by himself,saying,“ Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.”Thus, having patiently endured, he obtained the promise.For men indeed swear by a greater one, and in every dispute of theirs the oath is final for confirmation.In this way God, being determined to show more abundantly to the heirs of the promise the immutability of his counsel, interposed with an oath,that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong encouragement, who have fled for refuge to take hold of the hope set before us.This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and entering into that which is within the veil;

There they buried Abraham and Sarah, his wife. There they buried Isaac and Rebekah, his wife, and there I buried Leah:

‘ I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?’ God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”

for his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field, as a possession for a burial site, from Ephron the Hittite, near Mamre.

If a man fathers a hundred children, and lives many years, so that the days of his years are many, but his soul is not filled with good, and moreover he has no burial; I say, that a stillborn child is better than he:

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.If indeed they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had enough time to return.But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.

When you have seen it, you also shall be gathered to your people, as Aaron your brother was gathered;

After all that generation were gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who didn’t know Yahweh, nor the work which he had done for Israel.

Isaac gave up the spirit and died, and was gathered to his people, old and full of days. Esau and Jacob, his sons, buried him.

So Job died, being old and full of days.

“ But go your way until the end; for you will rest, and will stand in your inheritance at the end of the days.”

He died at a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor; and Solomon his son reigned in his place.

The righteous perish, and no one lays it to heart. Merciful men are taken away, and no one considers that the righteous is taken away from the evil.He enters into peace. They rest in their beds, each one who walks in his uprightness.

“ At that time,” says Yahweh,“ they will bring out the bones of the kings of Judah, the bones of his princes, the bones of the priests, the bones of the prophets, and the bones of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, out of their graves.They will spread them before the sun, the moon, and all the army of the sky, which they have loved, which they have served, after which they have walked, which they have sought, and which they have worshiped. They will not be gathered or be buried. They will be for dung on the surface of the earth.

and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

For David, after he had in his own generation served the counsel of God, fell asleep, was laid with his fathers, and saw decay.
