亞瓦底族、洗瑪利族、哈末族、此後迦南族姓曼衍、迦南之境、自西頓、越基拉、至迦薩、又越所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁、至拉沙、

至其一邑名敍加近雅各賜其子約瑟之田、

雅各自巴旦亞蘭安然而歸、至迦南地示劍邑、張幕其東、

約瑟之骨、以色列人自埃及攜出者、葬於示劍、在雅各以百金、自示劍父哈抹裔所購之地、為約瑟裔之業、

耶路巴力子亞比米勒往示劍、見其母之兄弟、及外祖之眷屬、語之曰、

迦南生冢子西頓、與赫、

遂簡立加利利之基低斯、在拿弗他利山地、示劍、在以法蓮山地、基列亞巴、即希伯崙、在猶大山地、

羅波安往示劍、因以色列眾至彼、欲立之為王、

當日耶和華與亞伯蘭約、曰、我以斯土、賜爾苗裔、自埃及河、至伯拉大河、即基尼、基尼洗、甲摩尼、赫、比利洗、利乏音、亞摩利、迦南、革迦撒、耶布斯諸族之地、

彼地牧伯希未人哈抹子示劍見之、執之偕寢、而玷辱焉、

乃舁至示劍、葬於亞伯拉罕、由哈抹子孫、以金所購之墓、
