For through the Spirit, by faith, we eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness.

蓋我儕以神由信、而待所望之義、

蓋吾人惟恃聖神而起信心、始有成義之望耳。

For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope.

But we long to be made completely holy because of our faith in Christ. Through the Holy Spirit we wait for this in hope.

For through the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness.

But we who live by the Spirit eagerly wait to receive by faith the righteousness God has promised to us.

For we eagerly await through the Spirit, by faith, the hope of righteousness.

For we, through the Spirit, by faith, are waiting for the hope of righteousness.

and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own from the law, but one that is through faith in Christ— the righteousness from God based on faith.

Rest in God alone, my soul, for my hope comes from Him.

And not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits— we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.Now in this hope we were saved, yet hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees?But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with patience.

and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead— Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.

I wait for Yahweh; I wait and put my hope in His word.

I wait for Your salvation, Lord.

No one who waits for You will be disgraced; those who act treacherously without cause will be disgraced.

There is reserved for me in the future the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me, but to all those who have loved His appearing.

May the Lord direct your hearts to God’s love and Christ’s endurance.

But you must return to your God. Maintain love and justice, and always put your hope in God.

For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; I wait for You all day long.

so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace will reign through righteousness, resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

while we wait for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the person who seeks Him.It is good to wait quietly for deliverance from the Lord.

When He comes, He will convict the world about sin, righteousness, and judgment:About sin, because they do not believe in Me;about righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see Me;and about judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.“ I still have many things to tell you, but you can’t bear them now.When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak whatever He hears. He will also declare to you what is to come.He will glorify Me, because He will take from what is Mine and declare it to you.Everything the Father has is Mine. This is why I told you that He takes from what is Mine and will declare it to you.
