For through the Law I died to the Law, so that I might live for God.

“ For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God.

By the law, I died as far as the law is concerned. I died so that I might live for God.

For when I tried to keep the law, it condemned me. So I died to the law— I stopped trying to meet all its requirements— so that I might live for God.

Far from it! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?

Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God;because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin.

But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that by which we were bound, so that we serve in newness of the Spirit and not in oldness of the letter.What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? Far from it! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said,“ You shall not covet.”But sin, taking an opportunity through the commandment, produced in me coveting of every kind; for apart from the Law sin is dead.I was once alive apart from the Law; but when the commandment came, sin came to life, and I died;and this commandment, which was to result in life, proved to result in death for me;for sin, taking an opportunity through the commandment, deceived me, and through it, killed me.

For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself;for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

and He died for all, so that those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose on their behalf.

who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him.

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes.For Moses writes of the righteousness that is based on the Law, that the person who performs them will live by them.

If you have died with Christ to the elementary principles of the world, why, as if you were living in the world, do you submit yourself to decrees, such as,

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Therefore the Law has become our guardian to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.

For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under the Law but under grace.

who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, eager for good deeds.

and He Himself brought our sins in His body up on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live for righteousness; by His wounds you were healed.

Therefore, since Christ has suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same purpose, because the one who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,so as to live the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human lusts, but for the will of God.

For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am fleshly, sold into bondage to sin.

For I joyfully agree with the law of God in the inner person,but I see a different law in the parts of my body waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin, the law which is in my body’s parts.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

The Law came in so that the offense would increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,

For the gospel has for this purpose been preached even to those who are dead, that though they are judged in the flesh as people, they may live in the spirit according to the will of God.

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.

For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

For all who are of works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all the things written in the book of the Law, to do them.”

for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation.
