以斯拉说：“我们祖先的上帝耶和华当受赞美！因为祂使王有这样的心意尊崇耶路撒冷耶和华的殿。

永恆主我們列祖的上帝是當受祝頌的，因為他將這樣的意思放在王的心意中，使他去修飾那在耶路撒冷的永恆主之殿；

Praise be to the Lord, the God of our ancestors, who has put it into the king’s heart to bring honor to the house of the Lord in Jerusalem in this way

So here is what I, Ezra, say to you people of Israel.“ Give praise to the Lord. He is the God of our people who lived long ago. He has put it in the king’s heart to bring honor to the Lord’ s temple in Jerusalem. The king has honored the Lord in his letter.

Blessed be the Lord, the God of our fathers, who put such a thing as this into the heart of the king, to beautify the house of the Lord that is in Jerusalem,

Praise the Lord, the God of our ancestors, who made the king want to beautify the Temple of the Lord in Jerusalem!

Blessed be the LORD, the God of our ancestors, who has put it into the king’s mind to glorify the house of the LORD in Jerusalem,

Blessed be the Lord, the God of our fathers, who has put such a thing as this in the king’s heart, to glorify the house of the Lord which is in Jerusalem,

Blessed be the Lord God of our fathers, who has put such a thing as this in the king’s heart, to beautify the house of the Lord which is in Jerusalem,

Blessed be Jehovah, the God of our fathers, who hath put such a thing as this in the king’s heart, to beautify the house of Jehovah which is in Jerusalem;

Praise Yahweh the God of our fathers, who has put it into the king’s mind to glorify the house of the Lord in Jerusalem,

Blessed[ be] the LORD God of our fathers, which hath put[ such a thing] as this in the king’s heart, to beautify the house of the LORD which[ is] in Jerusalem:

Blessed be the LORD God of our fathers, who so moved in the heart of the king to so honor the temple of the LORD which is in Jerusalem!

Blessed be Yahweh, the God of our fathers, who has put such a thing as this in the king’s heart, to beautify Yahweh’s house which is in Jerusalem;

且欣然守除酵節、歷有七日、蓋耶和華俾其喜樂、亦轉亞述王心、使眷顧之、助成以色列上帝室之工、

並請降詔於虞人亞薩、賜我材木、以建附殿之樓門及城垣、與我所居之室、蒙我上帝之佑、王允所祈、

凡美善之施、純全之賚、皆由於上、自光明之父而降、彼無變易、無移影、

惟謝上帝感提多心、俾同有為爾之慇懃、

王之心志、在耶和華掌握、如溝洫之水、隨意運轉之、

我於主樂甚、因爾念我之心復萌、爾素有志於此、但乏機耳、

又云、斯日之後我與以色列家所立之約、乃以我律置其衷銘其心、我於彼為上帝、彼於我為民、

蓋上帝曾使其心、同懷一意、以行己旨、且以其國予獸、待上帝之言皆應、

乃以我律賦其心銘其衷、

大衛在會眾前、稱頌耶和華曰、我祖以色列之上帝耶和華歟、爾宜稱頌、永世靡暨、耶和華歟、爾為尊大、具有權能榮耀、勝捷威嚴、凡在天在地者、悉屬乎爾、耶和華歟、國為爾有、爾被高舉、為萬有之首、富貴由爾而來、爾治萬有、能力在於爾手、爾手使人昌大、賜眾以力、我上帝歟、我稱謝爾、頌爾榮名、我何人斯、我民為誰、乃能如此樂輸、蓋萬物由爾而來、我儕以屬爾者獻於爾也、我儕在爾前、為遠人、為羈旅、同於列祖、在世之日如影、無永存之希望、我上帝耶和華歟、我儕為爾聖名建室、所備多材、俱出爾手、皆為爾有、我上帝歟、我知爾鑒察人心、喜悅端正、凡此諸物、我以正心樂輸、我見爾民在此樂輸、亦欣喜焉、我列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列之上帝、耶和華歟、願使爾名恆存此念、堅心於爾、俾我子所羅門、盡心守爾誡命、法度典章、成此諸事、以我所備者建造殿宇、○大衛謂會眾曰、當頌讚爾之上帝耶和華、會眾遂頌讚其列祖之上帝耶和華、俯首而拜耶和華與王、翌日獻祭、奉燔祭於耶和華、牡犢一千、牡羊一千、羔羊一千、與其灌祭、又為以色列眾獻祭甚多、是日於耶和華前、式飲式食、喜樂不勝、復立大衛子所羅門為王、膏之歸耶和華為君、亦膏撒督為祭司、於是所羅門居耶和華所賜之位、繼父大衛為王、無不亨通、以色列眾咸聽從之、諸牧伯勇士、及大衛王眾子、皆服從所羅門王、耶和華使所羅門於以色列眾前、極為尊大、賜以威嚴、以色列之前王、咸不及之、○耶西子大衛治以色列眾、為王四十年、在希伯崙七年、在耶路撒冷三十三年、壽高年邁、富貴尊榮而逝、子所羅門嗣位、大衛王事蹟之始末、載於先見撒母耳書、先知拿單書、先見迦得書、其國事暨勇力、及彼與以色列、並諸國所歷之事、悉載之焉、

上帝感我之心、為耶路撒冷所當為者、我未嘗告人、夜起、偕同數人、獨乘一騎、別無他畜、

利巴嫩之榮、松木、杉木、黃楊、運至爾處、以飾我聖所、我必榮我立足之地、

我上帝感我之心、集諸顯者、民長庶民、循其譜系核之、初歸者之譜系、為我所得、載曰、
