Whoever does not obey the law of your God and the law of the king must surely be punished by death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.

Anyone who doesn’t obey the law of your God must be punished. The same thing applies to anyone who doesn’t obey my law. The people must be punished in keeping with the laws they have broken. Some of them must be put to death. Others must be forced to leave the places where they live. Others must have their property taken away from them. Still others must be put in prison.

Whoever will not obey the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be strictly executed on him, whether for death or for banishment or for confiscation of his goods or for imprisonment.”

Anyone who refuses to obey the law of your God and the law of the king will be punished immediately, either by death, banishment, confiscation of goods, or imprisonment.”

Anyone who does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, let the appropriate judgment be executed against him, whether death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.

And whoever does not comply with the Law of your God and the law of the king, judgment is to be executed upon him strictly, whether for death or for banishment, or for confiscation of property or for imprisonment.”

Whoever will not observe the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily on him, whether it be death, or banishment, or confiscation of goods, or imprisonment.

Everyone who does not observe both the law of your God and the law of the king will be completely liable to the appropriate penalty, whether it is death or banishment or confiscation of property or detainment in prison.”

我已降詔、有人易之、則取其室之梁、而舉其人懸之於上、俾其室為糞場、

尼布甲尼撒曰、沙得拉米煞亞伯尼歌之上帝、宜頌美焉、遣其使救賴之之僕、彼背王命、自舍其身、於其上帝外、不事他神、而崇拜之、我今頒詔、各民各國、各方言者、凡謗沙得拉米煞亞伯尼歌之上帝、必解其體、使其室為糞場、蓋無他神能行拯救若是、

上帝亦感猶大眾、使其一心、遵王與牧伯循耶和華言所命、○

我今降詔、諭我全國人民、當於但以理之上帝前、戰慄畏懼、彼乃維生永存之上帝、其國永不見滅、其權至於終極、

如爾中有先知、或作夢者起、施行異蹟奇事、所言有驗、遂語爾曰、宜從他神而事之、乃爾素所未識者、毋聽其言、蓋爾上帝耶和華試爾、欲知爾果一心一意、愛爾上帝耶和華否、當順從爾上帝耶和華、而寅畏之、守其誡、聽其命、事之附之、爾上帝耶和華導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、惟彼先知、與作夢者、以言逆之、誘爾違爾上帝耶和華所命行之道、則必殺之、以除爾中之惡、○如爾同母兄弟、或爾子女、或懷中之妻、或如命之友、私誘爾曰、我其往事他神、爾與爾祖所未識者、即爾四周諸族之神、或近或遠、自地極至天涯、爾毋從之、毋聽之、毋惜之、毋恤之、毋匿之、必殺勿赦、爾先加手擊之、眾後擊之、爾上帝耶和華導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、彼欲誘爾離之、故當以石擊之致死、以色列眾聞之必懼、不復行此惡於爾中、○爾上帝耶和華賜爾諸邑、俾爾居之、若聞一邑之中、有匪類出、誘居民曰、我其往事他神、乃爾所未識者、則當究問詳察、如得其情、果於爾中有此可惡之事、必以刃擊其邑民、與其牲畜、及凡所有、而殄滅之、聚其貨財於衢、為爾上帝耶和華焚之、並焚其邑、俾為邱墟、毋得再建、應滅之物、毋少存於爾手、使耶和華息其烈怒、矜爾恤爾、俾爾昌熾、踐其所誓爾祖之言、緣爾聽爾上帝耶和華之言、守我今日所諭之誡、行其所視為正者也、

上帝必傾覆爾、永不復起、除爾於幕中、拔爾於生人之地兮、

耶和華諭摩西曰、告以色列族云、凡以色列族、及旅於其中者、以子女獻摩洛、殺無赦、斯土之民以石擊之、以子女獻摩洛、乃污我聖所、凟我聖名、我必怒之、絕於民中、若斯土之民、見其獻子女於摩洛、佯為不見、不致之死、我必怒之、與其眷屬、及凡狥欲從摩洛者、絕之民中、凡狥欲從巫覡術士者、我必怒之、絕於民中、當自潔為聖、我乃耶和華、爾之上帝也、當守我典章、而遵行之、我乃耶和華、使爾成聖也、詛父母者、殺無赦、既詛父母、罪必歸之、淫人妻者、淫夫淫婦、俱殺無赦、烝父繼室、是辱父、罪必歸之、俱殺無赦、如亂其媳、是為逆倫、罪必歸之、俱殺無赦、若親男色、如近婦人、所行可憎、罪必歸之、俱殺無赦、如人娶妻、並娶其母、是乃邪惡、三人俱爇以火、去邪惡於爾中、如人與獸淫合、必殺無赦、亦必殺獸、如女近合於獸、其罪歸之、必殺無赦、亦必殺獸、如人娶姊妹、無論同父異母、異父同母者、事屬可恥、俱必絕之民中、既辱姊妹、必負其罪、如婦行癸、人與同寢、婦亦相從、則犯其經、俱絕於民中、勿烝父母之姊妹、因辱戚屬、俱負其罪、如烝伯叔之妻、是辱伯叔、俱負其罪、絕嗣而亡、如娶兄弟之妻、是辱兄弟、斯乃穢事、俱必絕嗣、○當守我典章律例、而遵行之、使我導爾所入之地、不爾吐棄、我於爾前所逐之族、行此惡事、我實憎之、勿從其俗、我曾諭爾云、爾必承斯土、即我賜爾為業、流乳與蜜之地、我乃耶和華、爾之上帝、區別爾於萬民、故當區別禽獸之潔與不潔、勿因我所區別為污之禽獸、匍匐於地之昆蟲、致己為可憎、當歸我為聖、蓋我耶和華乃聖、區別爾於萬民、俾爾屬我、○無論男女、凡為巫覡術士者、殺無赦、其罪歸之、當擊以石、

茲有律例、當宣於民前曰、如購希伯來僕、可役事六年、迨七年、則使之自由、不索贖金、若孑身而來、則亦孑身而去、有妻則與俱去、若主給妻、生有子女、則妻孥屬主、僕孑然而去、若僕明言、我愛吾主、及我妻孥、不欲自由、則其主攜之詣上帝前、附門或門橛、以錐貫其耳、僕則恆事之、○如人鬻女為婢、則弗釋之、不與僕同、若主納之、而不見悅、則許其贖身、既已欺之、不可鬻於他族、若聘之與子、則當視之如女、若別有所娶、則其衣食之資、好合之誼、不可闕如、若不行此三者、則容其自去、毋索贖金、○擊人死者、殺無赦、若非謀殺、乃上帝付於其手、我必為之定可避之區、若擅攻其鄰、以詭計殺之、雖逃於我壇、亦執而殺之、○擊父母者、殺無赦、○虜人而鬻之、或留於其手者、殺無赦、○詛父母者、殺無赦、○如人相爭、或擊以石以拳、傷不至死、惟臥於牀、後起扶杖而出、則擊之者免刑、惟償其失時之值、醫之使愈、○以杖擊僕婢、而斃杖下者、必受刑、若一二日不死、則不受刑、蓋以金購之也、○如人相鬥、傷妊婦墮胎、而無他害、則當罰金、依其夫所定、折中於士師、
