Also on the tenth[ day] of this seventh month[ there shall be] a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it[ is] a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.For whatsoever soul[ it be] that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.And whatsoever soul[ it be] that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.Ye shall do no manner of work:[ it shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.It[ shall be] unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth[ day] of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month[ shall be] the feast of tabernacles[ for] seven days unto the LORD.On the first day[ shall be] an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work[ therein].Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it[ is] a solemn assembly;[ and] ye shall do no servile work[ therein].These[ are] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim[ to be] holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the LORD.Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day[ shall be] a sabbath, and on the eighth day[ shall be] a sabbath.And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year.[ It shall be] a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I[ am] the LORD your God.And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.

And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any[ of them] that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread:( thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering,[ which is] in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.

And[ this] shall be a statute for ever unto you:[ that] in the seventh month, on the tenth[ day] of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all,[ whether it be] one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:

So the priests, and the Levites, and the porters, and the singers, and[ some] of the people, and the Nethinims, and all Israel, dwelt in their cities; and when the seventh month came, the children of Israel[ were] in their cities.And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that[ was] before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel.And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month.

Then all the children of Israel went out, and the congregation was gathered together as one man, from Dan even to Beersheba, with the land of Gilead, unto the LORD in Mizpeh.

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and[ that] there be no divisions among you; but[ that] ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.

And they found written in the law which the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:

And in the seventh month, on the first[ day] of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.And ye shall offer a burnt offering for a sweet savour unto the LORD; one young bullock, one ram,[ and] seven lambs of the first year without blemish:And their meat offering[ shall be of] flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals for a bullock,[ and] two tenth deals for a ram,And one tenth deal for one lamb, throughout the seven lambs:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering, to make an atonement for you:Beside the burnt offering of the month, and his meat offering, and the daily burnt offering, and his meat offering, and their drink offerings, according unto their manner, for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.And ye shall have on the tenth[ day] of this seventh month an holy convocation; and ye shall afflict your souls: ye shall not do any work[ therein]:But ye shall offer a burnt offering unto the LORD[ for] a sweet savour; one young bullock, one ram,[ and] seven lambs of the first year; they shall be unto you without blemish:And their meat offering[ shall be of] flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals to a bullock,[ and] two tenth deals to one ram,A several tenth deal for one lamb, throughout the seven lambs:One kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the sin offering of atonement, and the continual burnt offering, and the meat offering of it, and their drink offerings.And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days:And ye shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; thirteen young bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year; they shall be without blemish:And their meat offering[ shall be of] flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals unto every bullock of the thirteen bullocks, two tenth deals to each ram of the two rams,And a several tenth deal to each lamb of the fourteen lambs:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the second day[ ye shall offer] twelve young bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and the meat offering thereof, and their drink offerings.And on the third day eleven bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the fourth day ten bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:Their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the fifth day nine bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the sixth day eight bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the seventh day seven bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.On the eighth day ye shall have a solemn assembly: ye shall do no servile work[ therein]:But ye shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one ram, seven lambs of the first year without blemish:Their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullock, for the ram, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.These[ things] ye shall do unto the LORD in your set feasts, beside your vows, and your freewill offerings, for your burnt offerings, and for your meat offerings, and for your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.And Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.
