若有人誤喫了聖物，要加上五分之一，將聖物交給祭司。祭司不可讓以色列人褻瀆所提獻與永恆主的聖物，以致他們因喫聖物而擔當罪罰而負罪責；因為我永恆主是把他們分別為聖的。』

『你要告訴亞倫和他的兒子們，叫他們要和以色列人中分別為聖而歸我的聖物隔離，免得他們褻瀆我的聖名；我永恆主耶和華。你要對他們說：你們世世代代眾後裔中，凡身蒙不潔、而走近以色列人所分別為聖而歸永恆主的聖物的、那人總必須從我面前被剪除：我永恆主。

凡祭司中的男丁都可以喫；這是至聖的。

你們既從其中將其肥美的提獻上，就不至於因這東西而擔當罪罰。以色列人的聖物你們不可褻瀆，免得你們死亡。』

『這解罪祭既是至聖的，主又將那祭品給了你們、去擔當會眾的罪罰、而在永恆主面前為他們行除罪禮，你們為甚麼沒有在聖的地方喫呢？你看，這祭牲的血竟沒有拿到聖所裏面去呀！你們本該照我所吩咐的準準在聖所裏喫才對呀。』
