And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth[ month], in the fifth[ day] of the month,[ as] I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me.

In the sixth year, in the sixth month on the fifth day, while I was sitting in my house and the elders of Judah were sitting before me, the hand of the Sovereign Lord came on me there.

It was the sixth year since King Jehoiachin had been brought to Babylon as a prisoner. On the fifth day of the sixth month, I was sitting in my house. The elders of Judah were sitting there with me. The power of the Lord and King came on me there.

In the sixth year, in the sixth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I sat in my house, with the elders of Judah sitting before me, the hand of the Lord God fell upon me there.

Then on September 17, during the sixth year of King Jehoiachin’s captivity, while the leaders of Judah were in my home, the Sovereign Lord took hold of me.

In the sixth year, in the sixth month, on the fifth day of the month, I was sitting in my house and the elders of Judah were sitting in front of me, and there the hand of the Lord GOD came down on me.

Now it came about in the sixth year, on the fifth day of the sixth month, as I was sitting in my house with the elders of Judah sitting before me, that the hand of the Lord God fell upon me there.

And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth[ month], the tenth[ day] of the month,[ that] certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the LORD, and sat before me.

Then came certain of the elders of Israel unto me, and sat before me.

In the fifth[ day] of the month, which[ was] the fifth year of king Jehoiachin’s captivity,The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.

And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee[ as] my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love,[ but] their heart goeth after their covetousness.

And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third[ month], in the first[ day] of the month,[ that] the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he[ is] the messenger of the LORD of hosts.

And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first[ month], in the first[ day] of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee.

So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.

In the tenth year, in the tenth[ month], in the twelfth[ day] of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth[ day] of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.

And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first[ day] of the month,[ that] the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which[ was] full of bones,

It came to pass also in the twelfth year, in the fifteenth[ day] of the month,[ that] the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Then the spirit took me up, and I heard behind me a voice of a great rushing,[ saying], Blessed[ be] the glory of the LORD from his place.

Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;

I have coveted no man’s silver, or gold, or apparel.

Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth[ day] of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
