邪慝雖甘於口中、藏於舌底、愛戀不舍、久含於口、其食至腹則變、成為虺膽於中、彼吞貨財、必吐之、上帝使之出於其腹、必吸虺之毒、蝮舌必殺之、流蜜與乳之河、彼不得見、勞力所獲、必償還之、不得吞之、所獲之財、不得因之而樂、蓋彼虐遇貧民、而遺棄之、強據第宅、不得建立、以其中心無厭、故所悅者、無一存留、所遺無不吞噬、故其昌盛弗久、當富有充裕時、必遭艱窘、困苦之人、咸加手於其身、彼將果腹、上帝降以烈怒、食時雨於厥躬、

我將謂我靈曰、靈乎、爾多財貨積為歷年之用、可安然飲食喜樂也、惟上帝謂之曰、無知者乎、今夜將索爾靈、則所備者誰歸、

爾必衊爾雕像所飾之銀、鑄像所包之金、擲之若穢物、謂之曰去、

不足為糧者、胡權金以市之、不能果腹者、胡勤勞以得之、其謹聽我、而食嘉肴、且飫肥甘、致心悅懌、

是日也、人之金銀偶像、為崇拜而造者、必投之鼴鼠蝙蝠、

利盡天下、而失其生、何益之有、人將以何者易其生乎、

好金者、得金而不知足、好富者、獲利而不知饜、斯亦虛空、

其欲未厭、食猶在口、上帝怒騰、戮其肥者、擊以色列之少壯、而仆之兮、
