The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

這地在以色列中要屬人君為地業。我所立的人君必不可再欺負我的人民；他們卻要按族派將地分給以色列家。

她的首領在她裏邊正彷彿豺狼抓撕所抓到之物；他們行兇流人的血，殺滅人的性命，要得不義之財。

你要告訴他說：「永恆主這麼說：『你殺了人，又取得他的產業麼？』」你要告訴他說：「永恆主這麼說：『狗在甚麼地方舔拿伯的血，狗也必在甚麼地方舔你的血，你的。』」

我說：雅各的首領啊，你們要聽；以色列家的官長啊，你們要留心；你們的本分不是應當明白公平麼？你們這些恨惡良善、喜愛壞事、從我人民身上剝奪了皮、從他們骨頭上剔肉的；你們這些喫我人民的肉、剝去他們的皮、打折他們的骨頭，切開像肉塊在鍋裏，像肉在釜中的。

他也樂聞敬畏永恆主的香氣。他行審判、不憑眼見，他斷是非，不憑耳聞；他憑義氣為貧寒人申正義，以正直判斷國中的困苦人；他以口中的杖擊打強橫人，以嘴裏的氣殺死惡人。

所以經上說：『他升上了高處，擄了無數的俘虜，將贈品賜給人。』（

看吧，有一個王憑公義而作王，有官長按公平而作官，個個就都像避風所和隱匿處、讓人可避暴雨，都像水溝在乾透了之地，像大碞石的影子在人疲乏之地。

於是大衛憑他心中的純全來牧養他們，用他手腕的靈巧來引導他們。

以下是永恆主的話，就是當猶大王約坦、亞哈斯、希西家執政的日子傳與摩利沙人彌迦的；是彌迦見了異象論到撒瑪利亞和耶路撒冷所說的。萬族之民哪，你們都要聽；地和充滿於其上的啊，要側耳以聽；主永恆主要見證你們的不是，主從他的聖殿堂要斥責你們。

『看吧，日子必到，永恆主發神諭說，我必給大衛興起一個憑義氣救人的苗裔；他必掌王權，精明而亨通，在國中秉公而行義。當他執政的日子猶大必得救，以色列必安然居住；那時他必稱為「永恆主使我們得勝的義氣」：這就是他的名字。

你升上了高處，擄了俘虜，在人間接受了供品；啊，連悖逆人也供獻，叫永恆主上帝可以和他們同住！

有禍啊那些在床上圖謀奸惡、暗中作壞事的！因為他們手中有權力、天一亮就實行出來。他們貪愛田地、就強奪，貪愛房屋、便奪取；他們欺壓人和人的家屬，搾取人和人的產業。

奶子你們喫了，羊毛你們穿了，肥壯的你們宰了，羣羊呢、你們卻不牧養。瘦弱的你們沒有養壯，有病的你們沒有醫治，受折傷的你們沒有綁紮，被放逐的你們沒有領回，失喪的你們沒有尋找；你們只用強力和嚴酷管轄他們。因為沒有牧人，我的羊就四散，做了田野上一切野獸的食物。我的羊四散，在羣山間、在各高岡上流離；我的羊四散在地面上，沒有人去尋，沒有人去找。

因為你們用脅邊用肩膀擠了一切瘦弱的，又用角去牴觸，直到使他們四散到外面；

願他按公義為你的人民行裁判，按公平為你的困苦人伸訴。因有公義、願大山給人民帶來福利；願小山給民眾取得興隆。願他為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧苦之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的。

我將永生給予他們，他們必定永遠不滅亡；誰也不能從我手裏奪去。
