The alcoves and the projecting walls inside the gateway were surmounted by narrow parapet openings all around, as was the portico; the openings all around faced inward. The faces of the projecting walls were decorated with palm trees.

The rooms and their side walls inside the gateway had narrow openings on top of them. So did the porch. All the openings faced the inside. The front of each side wall was decorated with a palm tree.

门的里面和门廊周围都有窗子，与先前的窗子一样。南门全长二十五公尺，宽十二公尺半。

又有守卫室，长三公尺、宽三公尺；守卫室与守卫室之间，相隔两公尺半；朝向殿内，在门廊旁边的门槛，厚三公尺。

义人必像棕树一样繁茂，像黎巴嫩的香柏树一样高耸。

每个守卫室前面都有矮墙，高五十公分，两边守卫室都是一样。守卫室长三公尺，两边都是一样。

他量了殿院空地后面的屋子，连同屋子两边的走廊，共长五十公尺。外殿、内殿、朝向内院的门廊、门槛、小窗和对着门槛的三层走廊，周围都镶上木板，从地面直到窗口。窗户都是遮蔽的；

这些房子一排对着内院十公尺宽的空地，一排对着外院的铺石地，在三层楼上，都有走廊对着走廊。

在耶路撒冷靠近羊门有一个水池，希伯来话叫作毕士大，池边有五条走廊。

都刻上基路伯和棕树。基路伯和棕树相间并排，每个基路伯都有两个脸孔。

这些事以后，我观看，见有一大群人，没有人能数得过来，是从各邦国、各支派、各民族、各方言来的。他们都站在宝座和羊羔面前，身穿白袍，手里拿着棕树枝。

我们现在是对着镜子观看，模糊不清，到那时就要面对面了。我现在所知道的只是一部分，到那时就完全知道了，好像主完全知道我一样。
