“‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Because they say to you,‘ You are a devourer of men, and have been a bereaver of your nation;’

主耶和华如此说：因为人对你说：‘你是吞吃人的，又使国民丧子’，

主耶和华如此说，因为人对你们说‘你是吞吃人的，又使国民丧失儿女’，

主耶和华如此说，因为人对你们说‘你是吞吃人的，又使国民丧失儿女’，

主耶和华说，‘虽然人们说你们吞吃以色列人、夺走他们的儿女。

主耶和华这样说：因为人对你说：你是吞吃人的，又是使你的国民丧失子女的。

主耶和華如此說：因為人對你說：『你是吞吃人的，又使國民喪子』，

主耶和華如此說，因為人對你們說『你是吞吃人的，又使國民喪失兒女』，

主耶和華如此說，因為人對你們說『你是吞吃人的，又使國民喪失兒女』，

主耶和華說，『雖然人們說你們吞吃以色列人、奪走他們的兒女。

主耶和華這樣說：因為人對你說：你是吞吃人的，又是使你的國民喪失子女的。

主永恆主這麼說：因為人對你說：「你是吞喫人的，只叫你本國喪失兒子」，

主耶和華曰、有人云、爾素吞噬人、使民喪子、

主耶和華曰、人常言人居斯土、必受其害、人蹤罕至、

主天主如是云、人常言爾素吞食人、害爾居民、

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because some say to you,“ You devour people and deprive your nation of its children,”

The Lord and King says,“ People say to you mountains,‘ You destroy people. You let your nation’s children be taken away.’

Thus says the Lord God: Because they say to you,‘ You devour people, and you bereave your nation of children,’

“ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: The other nations taunt you, saying,‘ Israel is a land that devours its own people and robs them of their children!’

“‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: Because some are saying to you,“ You devour people and deprive your nation of children,”

“ The Lord God says this:‘ Since they say to you,“ You are a devourer of people and have bereaved your nation of children,”

‘ Thus says the Lord God:“ Because they say to you,‘ You devour men and bereave your nation of children,’

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because they say unto you, Thou land art a devourer of men, and hast been a bereaver of thy nation;

“ This is what the Lord God says: Because people are saying to you,‘ You devour men and deprive your nation of children,’

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because they say unto you, Thou[ land] devourest up men, and hast bereaved thy nations;

“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: Because they are saying to you,“ You are a devourer of men, and bereave your nation of children,”

They brought up an evil report of the land which they had spied out to the children of Israel, saying,“ The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land that eats up its inhabitants; and all the people who we saw in it are men of great stature.
