“‘因为你曾说，犹大和以色列必归我，即使上帝在那里，我们也要吞并他们。

“‘因为你曾说：这两国这两邦都必归我，我必得它们为业，但其实耶和华还是在那里。

爾曰、此二國二族、必歸於我、為我所有、第耶和華在彼、

爾當言以色列猶大必歸於我、我得其土、不知彼二國者、為我耶和華所眷祐、

爾曾言、斯二邦二國必歸我、雖有主在彼、我終必得以為業、雖有主在彼我終必得以為業或作必歸於我我必獲之為業不知主仍在彼

“‘ Because you have said,“ These two nations and countries will be ours and we will take possession of them,” even though I the Lord was there,

“‘ “You said,‘ The nations of Israel and Judah will belong to us. We will take them over.’ You said that, even though I was there. I am the Lord.

“ Because you said,‘ These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will take possession of them’— although the Lord was there—

主耶和華這樣說：我在妒火中說話攻擊列國中餘剩的人和以東眾人，因為他們全心歡喜，滿懷恨惡，把我的地歸給自己為業，好佔有它為掠物。

城的周圍共長九千公尺。從此以後，這城的名字要稱為‘耶和華的所在’。”

在我們神的城中，在他的聖山上，耶和華是至大的，應該大受讚美。在北面的錫安山、大君王的城，美麗高聳，是全地所喜歡的。神在城的堡壘中，顯明自己是避難所。

耶和華說：我要作耶路撒冷四圍的火牆和城中的榮耀。’”

我子民遭災的日子，你不該進入他們的城門；他們遭災的日子，你不該看著他們受苦；他們遭災的日子，你不該搶奪他們的財物。

錫安的居民哪，當喊叫歡呼！因為以色列的聖者在你們中間是偉大的。”

他們說：“來吧！我們來把他們除滅，使他們不再成國，使以色列的名不再被人記念。”他們同心商議，彼此結盟，要和你對抗。他們就是住帳棚的以東人和以實瑪利人，摩押人和夏甲人，迦巴勒、亞捫、亞瑪力、非利士和推羅的居民。亞述也和他們聯合起來，作了羅得子孫的幫手。（細拉）求你待他們好像待米甸人，像在基順河待西西拉和耶賓一樣；他們都在隱．多珥被消滅，成了地上的糞土。求你使他們的貴族像俄立和西伊伯，使他們的王子像西巴和撒慕拿。他們曾說：“我們要得著神的牧場作自己的產業。”

主耶和華這樣說：因為仇敵攻擊你們說：哈哈！那悠久的山岡都歸給我們為業了。

耶和華已經除去你們的刑罰，趕走你們的仇敵。以色列的王，耶和華在你們中間，你們必不再懼怕災禍。

因為耶和華揀選了錫安，定意把它當作自己的居所。他說：“這是我永遠安息的居所；我要住在這裡，因為我定意這樣作。

他們的磐石必因驚慌而挪去，他們的領袖必因見到以色列的旗幟而驚惶。這是那有火在錫安，有爐在耶路撒冷的耶和華說的。

在猶大，神是人人所認識的，在以色列，他的名被尊為大。

論到亞捫，耶和華這樣說：“以色列沒有子孫嗎？沒有後嗣嗎？為甚麼米勒公竟承受了迦得為業呢？它的人民為甚麼住在迦得的城市裡呢？
