“‘ I will make a covenant of peace with them and rid the land of savage beasts so that they may live in the wilderness and sleep in the forests in safety.

并且我要与他们立平安的约，作为永约。我要安顿他们，使他们人数增多，又在他们中间设立我的圣所，直到永远。

我要赐平安在地上；你们躺卧，无人惊吓。我要使你们地上的恶兽消灭，刀剑必不穿越你们的地。

我必平安地躺下睡觉，因为独有你—耶和华使我安然居住。

他们必不再作外邦人的掠物，地上的野兽也不再吞吃他们；他们却要安然居住，无人使他们惊吓。

在那里没有狮子，猛兽也不经过；在那里它们未现踪迹，只有救赎的民在那里行走。

在那些日子，犹大必得救，耶路撒冷必安然居住，他的名必称为‘耶和华—我们的义’。

对于灾害饥馑，你必讥笑；至于地上的野兽，你也不惧怕。

但愿赐平安的神，就是那凭永约之血，把群羊的大牧人—我们主耶稣从死人中领出来的神，

就是他，要建造耶和华的殿，他要承受尊荣，坐在位上掌王权；又有一位祭司坐在自己的位上，两职之间筹划和平。
