灵把我举起带走了。我心里苦闷，充满愤怒，耶和华大能的手在我身上。

The Spirit then lifted me up and took me away, and I went in bitterness and in the anger of my spirit, with the strong hand of the Lord on me.

耶和华的灵降在我身上，把我带到一个山谷，那里遍地都是骸骨。

祂好像伸出一只手，抓住我的头发。在异象中，灵把我举到天地之间，将我带到耶路撒冷圣殿内院的北门，那里供奉着惹耶和华愤恨的神像。

现在你们给我找一个琴师来。”琴师弹琴的时候，耶和华的灵降在以利沙身上，

就在迦勒底人境内的迦巴鲁河畔，耶和华的话特别传给了布西的儿子以西结祭司，耶和华的能力降在他身上。

愿我出生的那天受咒诅！愿我母亲生我的那天不蒙祝福！愿那告诉我父亲喜得贵子、使他欢喜的人受咒诅！愿那人像被耶和华无情毁灭的城！愿他早晨听见哀鸣，中午听见战争的呐喊，因为他没有把我杀死在母腹中，没有使母腹成为我的坟墓，让我永远留在里面。为什么我要从母胎出来，经历患难和痛苦，在羞辱中度过一生呢？

耶和华啊，你欺骗我，我被你骗了。你制服我，胜过我。如今，我成了人们终日嘲笑、戏弄的对象。我每次说预言，都大声疾呼：“暴力和毁灭要来了！”我因传讲耶和华的话而终日遭受侮辱和讥笑。有时我打算不再提起耶和华，不再奉祂的名宣讲，但祂的话如一团火在我心中燃烧，憋在我骨头里，我无法忍住不说。

耶和华的灵降在以利亚身上，他就束上腰带，飞奔回城，在亚哈之前到达耶斯列的城门。

耶稣得知法利赛人听见祂收门徒、为人施洗比约翰还多，便离开犹太回加利利。其实不是耶稣亲自施洗，而是祂的门徒施洗。

说：“仆人们这里有五十个壮士，请让他们去寻找你师傅吧，或许耶和华的灵把他放在某座山上或某个山谷里了。”以利沙说：“你们不要派人去找了。”

第六年六月五日，我正在家中与犹大的众长老同坐，主耶和华的能力降在我身上。

撒玛利亚妇人说：“你是个犹太人，怎么向我这撒玛利亚妇人要水喝？”原来犹太人和撒玛利亚人互不往来。

就对耶和华说：“你为什么为难仆人？我做了什么令你不悦的事，你竟把管理这些民众的重担放在我身上？难道他们是我的骨肉，是我生的吗？为什么你要我像父亲呵护儿子一样，把他们抱到你应许给他们祖先的地方呢？他们都哭着向我要肉吃，我去哪里找肉给他们吃呢？管理民众的责任实在是太重了，我一个人担当不起啊！你既然这样对待我，求你施恩杀了我吧，别让我受苦了！”耶和华对摩西说：“你给我招聚七十个以色列人的长老——你所了解的首领，把他们带到会幕，让他们站在你身边。我要在那里降临，对你说话，把降在你身上的灵也赐给他们，让他们为你分担管理民众的责任，免得你独自承担。你要叫民众洁净自己，到明天就会有肉吃。因为我听见了他们哭着要肉吃、说埃及的日子更好，我必给他们肉吃。他们将不止吃一天、两天、五天、十天或二十天，

那时，灵把我举起，我听见后面有隆隆的声音说：“耶和华的荣耀在祂的居所当受称颂！”

耶和华啊，我怒你所怒，无法容忍。耶和华说：“你把我的怒气发向街头的孩童和聚集成群的青年。丈夫、妻子和老人都要一同被掳。
