你因罪孽眾多，又因貿易上的罪惡，玷污了你的聖所，因此我使火從你中間出來，這火要吞滅你。我要在所有觀看你的人眼前，把你變為地上的灰燼。

爾之貿易、不秉大公、多陷罪戾、瀆玩聖所、故我必縱火於爾邑、其燄炎炎、使為灰燼、俾眾目睹。

因爾罪愆眾多、貿易不義、玷污爾諸聖所、我必使火自爾中出以燬爾、使爾變為灰燼、傾仆於地、為眾目所睹、

By your many sins and dishonest trade you have desecrated your sanctuaries. So I made a fire come out from you, and it consumed you, and I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who were watching.

萬軍之耶和華說：“你們必踐踏惡人；在我施行作為的日子，他們必在你們腳掌之下成為塵土。

因此，在一日之內她的災難必然來到，就是死亡、悲哀和饑荒；她還要在火中被燒掉，因為審判她的主神是大有能力的。

“耶和華這樣說：‘推羅三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他把全部的俘虜交給以東，並不記念與兄弟所立的盟約。我必降火在推羅的城牆，燒毀他的堡壘。’

在戰爭之日的吶喊中，在風雨天的暴風中；我必在拉巴的城牆放火，燒毀他的堡壘。

“人子啊！你要對推羅的君王說：‘主耶和華這樣說：因為你心裡高傲，說：我是神；我在海的中心、坐在神的寶座上。其實你不過是人，並不是神，你心裡卻自以為是神。

你曾在伊甸、神的園中，有各樣的寶石作你的衣服，就是紅寶石、黃玉、金鋼石、水蒼玉、紅瑪瑙、碧玉、藍寶石、綠寶石和翡翠；寶石座是用金製造的，這些都是在你被造的日子就預備好了的。你是護衛寶座的、受膏的基路伯；我安置你在神的聖山上，你在閃耀如火的寶石中間行走。

再從這幾根鬚髮中取一部分投在火裡焚燒；火必從那裡蔓延到以色列全家。”

神判定了所多瑪、蛾摩拉二城的罪，把它們傾覆，燒成灰燼，作為後世不敬虔的人的鑒戒；

若不是這樣，願火從亞比米勒出來，吞滅示劍人和伯特米羅人；又願火從示劍人和伯特米羅人出來，吞滅亞比米勒。”

荊棘對眾樹說：‘如果你們真誠地膏立我作王統治你們，就要來，投靠在我的蔭下；否則，火必從荊棘裡出來，吞滅黎巴嫩的香柏樹。’

人就是賺得全世界，卻賠上自己的生命，有甚麼好處呢？

我必降火在猶大，燒毀耶路撒冷的堡壘。’

我必降火在摩押，燒毀加略的堡壘；在擾攘、吶喊、吹角聲中，摩押必被消滅。
