『受困苦、被風吹蕩、不得安慰的人哪，請注意，是我要用光彩石頭安你的基石，用藍寶石奠定你的根基；用紅寶石鑲你的城垛，用紅玉鑲你的城門，用寶石鑲你的圍牆。

收刀回鞘吧！我必在你受創造的地方、你根原之地、判罰你。

城牆的根基用各樣寶石為妝飾：第一個根基是碧玉，第二藍寶石，第三瑪瑙，第四綠寶石，第五條紋瑪瑙，第六肉紅玉髓，第七黃璧璽，第八水蒼玉，第九黃玉，第十翡翠，第十一風信子石，第十二紫晶。

那婦人披着紫袍和朱紅袍，用金子寶石珍珠為妝飾，手中執有金杯、滿盛着可憎之物、就是她淫亂之污穢。

有耳的應當聽聖靈向眾教會所說的話！得勝的我必將上帝樂園中生命樹的果子賜給他喫。」
