这风声传到埃及；埃及人为推罗的风声极其疼痛。推罗人哪，你们当过到他施去；沿海的居民哪，你们都当哀号。这是你们欢乐的城，从上古而有的吗？其中的居民往远方寄居。

主耶和华对推罗如此说：“在你中间行杀戮，受伤之人唉哼的时候，因你倾倒的响声，海岛岂不都震动吗？

他施的民哪，可以流行你的地，好像尼罗河；不再有腰带拘紧你。耶和华已经向海伸手，震动列国。至于迦南，他已经吩咐拆毁其中的保障。他又说：“受欺压西顿的居民哪，你必不得再欢乐。起来！过到基提去；就是在那里也不得安歇。”

你掌舵的呼号之声一发，郊野都必震动。凡荡桨的和水手，并一切泛海掌舵的，都必下船登岸。他们必为你放声痛哭，把尘土撒在头上，在灰中打滚；

海岛的居民为你惊奇；他们的君王都甚恐慌，面带愁容。

海岛看见就都害怕；地极也都战兢，就近前来。
