So he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves which he had made. And he stationed in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made.Then he went up to the altar which he had made in Bethel on the fifteenth day in the eighth month, the month that he had devised in his own heart; and he instituted a feast for the sons of Israel and went up to the altar to burn incense.

And it came about, when all Israel heard that Jeroboam had returned, that they sent word and called him to the assembly, and made him king over all Israel. None except the tribe of Judah alone followed the house of David.

His tabernacle is in Salem; His dwelling place also is in Zion.

Then the King will crave your beauty. Because He is your Lord, bow down to Him.The daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; The wealthy among the people will seek your favor.The King’s daughter is all glorious within; Her clothing is interwoven with gold.She will be brought to the King in colorful garments; The virgins, her companions who follow her, Will be brought to You.They will be brought with joy and rejoicing; They will enter into the King’s palace.In place of your fathers will be your sons; You shall make them princes in all the earth.

They will incite a crowd against you, and they will stone you and cut you to pieces with their swords.

Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you also were put to death in regard to the Law through the body of Christ, so that you might belong to another, to Him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God.
