“ Behold, then, I strike with My hand your profit which you have made and the bloodshed which is among you.

“看哪，我因你所得不义之财和你中间所流的血，就拍掌叹息。

“看哪，我因你所得不义之财和你们中间所流的血，就击打手掌。

“看哪，我因你所得不义之财和你们中间所流的血，就击打手掌。

“‘我见你谋财害命，就击掌叹息。

“‘看哪！因你所得的不义之财，又因在你中间所流的血，我就拍掌。

「看哪，我因你所得不義之財和你中間所流的血，就拍掌歎息。

「看哪，我因你所得不義之財和你們中間所流的血，就擊打手掌。

「看哪，我因你所得不義之財和你們中間所流的血，就擊打手掌。

「『我見你謀財害命，就擊掌歎息。

“‘看哪！因你所得的不義之財，又因在你中間所流的血，我就拍掌。

『所以你看，我因你所得的不義之財、又因你中間所有流人血的事，我就拍掌歎息。

因爾所得非義之利、及爾中所流之血、我則擊掌、

爾貪非義之利、草菅人命、我見之憤恨鼓掌。

爾行不義得財、殺人流血、我忿恨鼓掌、

“‘ I will surely strike my hands together at the unjust gain you have made and at the blood you have shed in your midst.

“‘ “I will clap my hands because I am so angry. You got rich by cheating others. You spilled blood inside the walls of your city.

“ Behold, I strike my hand at the dishonest gain that you have made, and at the blood that has been in your midst.

“ But now I clap my hands in indignation over your dishonest gain and bloodshed.

“‘ Now look, I clap my hands together against the dishonest profit you have made and against the blood shed among you.

“ Behold, therefore, I beat My fists at the dishonest profit which you have made, and at the bloodshed which has been in your midst.

Behold, therefore, I have smitten my hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.

“ Now look, I clap My hands together against the dishonest profit you have made and against the blood shed among you.

Behold, therefore I have smitten mine hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.

“‘ See, I strike my hands together at the dishonest profit you have made, and at the bloodshed they have done among you.

“‘“ Behold, therefore I have struck my hand at your dishonest gain which you have made, and at your blood which has been within you.

I will also clap My hands, and I will satisfy My wrath; I, the Lord, have spoken.”

One who walks righteously and speaks with integrity, One who rejects unjust gain And shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe; One who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshed And shuts his eyes from looking at evil;

Her leaders within her are like wolves tearing the prey, by shedding blood and destroying lives in order to make dishonest profit.

“ You therefore, son of man, prophesy and clap your hands; and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword for the slain. It is the sword for the great one slain, which surrounds them,

This is what the Lord says:“ For three offenses of Israel, and for four, I will not revoke its punishment, Because they sell the righteous for money, And the needy for a pair of sandals.These who trample the head of the helpless to the dust of the earth Also divert the way of the humble; And a man and his father resort to the same girl So as to profane My holy name.And on garments seized as pledges they stretch out beside every altar, And in the house of their God they drink the wine of those who have been fined.

Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, offer sacrifices to Baal, and follow other gods that you have not known,then come and stand before Me in this house which is called by My name, and say,‘ We are saved!’— so that you may do all these abominations?Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of robbers in your sight? Behold, I Myself have seen it,” declares the Lord.

Woe to those who devise wrongdoing, Who practice evil on their beds! When morning comes, they do it, Because it is in the power of their hands.They covet fields, so they seize them; And houses, so they take them. They exploit a man and his house, A person and his inheritance.Therefore this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I am planning against this family a catastrophe From which you cannot remove your necks; And you will not walk haughtily, For it will be an evil time.

Hear this, you who trample the needy, to put an end to the humble of the land,saying,“ When will the new moon be over, So that we may sell grain; And the Sabbath, so that we may open the wheat market, To make the ephah smaller and the shekel bigger, And to cheat with dishonest scales,So as to buy the helpless for money, And the needy for a pair of sandals, And that we may sell the refuse of the wheat?”

and that no one violate the rights and take advantage of his brother or sister in the matter, because the Lord is the avenger in all these things, just as we also told you previously and solemnly warned you.

But they do not know how to do what is right,” declares the Lord,“ these who store up violence and devastation in their citadels.”

Is there still a person in the wicked house, Along with treasures of wickedness, And a short measure that is cursed?Can I justify dishonest balances, And a bag of fraudulent weights?

One who increases his wealth by interest of any kind, Collects it for one who is gracious to the poor.

Then Balak’s anger burned against Balaam, and he struck his hands together; and Balak said to Balaam,“ I called you to curse my enemies, but behold, you have persisted in blessing them these three times!

For wicked people are found among My people, They watch like fowlers lying in wait; They set a trap, They catch people.Like a cage full of birds, So their houses are full of deceit; Therefore they have become great and rich.
