葡萄雖為人所植、不復向榮於園囿之中、為東風來搖撼、盡為枯槁。

以法蓮雖在昆弟之中、最為昌熾、我耶和華必使東風來自曠野、使其泉源立涸、彼之寶器、盡為敵虜、

主耶和華曰、若林木中、有葡萄樹、投之於火、別無所用、我視耶路撒冷居民亦若是。我必罰之、降以重災、既出燄山、復入火坑、使知我乃耶和華。以色列民蹈愆尤、故其地必荒蕪、我耶和華已言之矣。

今斧置樹根、凡樹不結善果者、即砍之委火、

我語汝、今此葡萄園、將何以處之、必撤藩衛、任其吞噬、毀垣墉、聽其蹂躪、不治不修、變為荒蕪、荊棘叢生、使天不雨。

耶和華曰、我將判擬耶路撒冷居民告之曰、我必使災熇之風、來自曠野童山、較簸揚禾穀之風尤大、以擊斯邦之民。

撤其藩籬、毀其衛所兮、行旅攘奪之、鄰里凌辱之兮、仇敵振興、寇讎悅懌、爾使然兮、爾僕持刃、其鋒頓挫、戰鬥不利兮、尊榮則廢棄兮、國位則隕越兮、其年短折、其體玷辱、咸爾所使兮。

今爾震怒、使彼葡萄、為火焚燬、為人斬伐、根株槁兮。

我之忿怒如火之燎、燃於幽冥、爇其全地、偕土產以俱焚、並山基而同燬。

執之、解至立拉、見巴比倫王、王斷其事、乃殺西底家諸子、使其目睹之、然後瞽其目、繫以銅索、解至巴比倫。

爾因美麗、中心驕泰、亦因光彩、失其智慧、故我必傾圮爾、使列王目睹。

俘耶路撒冷群臣居民、豪傑之士、工作之輩、計一萬人、所遺者惟貧乏之人而已。以約雅斤、與王母、王后、宦豎、及有能力者、自耶路撒冷、擄至巴比倫、軍旅七千、工匠一千、及諸壯士、咸為巴比倫王所擄、至巴比倫邑。

勿為死者哀哭、當為擄者號泣、蓋彼不返國、不復見故土。耶和華曰、猶大王、約西亞子沙龍、繼父為王、既出斯土、必不返國、

付爾於爾所懼之敵、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、及迦勒底人手。我必驅爾、爰及爾母、至於異邦、非爾故土、在彼必死。惟爾雖欲歸而弗得。

今曷毀其藩籬、任為路人折取兮、林豕食之、野獸囓之兮、

當時埃及王法老尼哥、往百辣河、攻亞述王、約西亞王禦之、被殺於米吉多。

南郊之林、宜聽耶和華之言、主耶和華曰、我必燃火林間、凡爾樹木、或青或枯、焚之務盡、其燄不滅、自南及北、四周盡燬、眾人皆知、我耶和華所燃、不得撲滅。
