不在山上的庙宇里吃祭物，不拜以色列的偶像，不玷污别人的妻子，不亲近经期中的妇女；

他不在山上吃祭肉，眼目也不仰望以色列家的偶像，不玷污邻舍的妻子，不亲近在经期中的妇人；

未曾在山上吃祭物，未曾向以色列家的偶像舉目；未曾污辱鄰舍的妻，也未曾在婦人的經期間親近她；

不在山上的廟宇裡吃祭物，不拜以色列的偶像，不玷污別人的妻子，不親近經期中的婦女；

他不在山上吃祭肉，眼目也不仰望以色列家的偶像，不玷污鄰舍的妻子，不親近在經期中的婦人；

不在山上喫祭偶像之物，不舉目瞻仰以色列家的偶像，不玷污鄰舍的妻，不親近經期污穢中的婦人，

未食於山、未瞻仰以色列家之偶像、未污其鄰之妻、未近天癸之婦、

不食岡巒之祭品、不敬以色列族所崇偶像、不淫人妻、妻癸水至、不與同寢、

不食於山上獻偶像之祭物、不舉目於於或作仰望以色列族之偶像、不淫人妻、妻行經時、不與親近、

He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look to the idols of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor’s wife or have sexual relations with a woman during her period.

And he does not eat at the mountain temples. He does not worship the statues of Israel’s gods. He does not sleep with another man’s wife. He does not have sex with his own wife during her monthly period.

if he does not eat upon the mountains or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, does not defile his neighbor’s wife or approach a woman in her time of menstrual impurity,

He does not feast in the mountains before Israel’s idols or worship them. He does not commit adultery or have intercourse with a woman during her menstrual period.

He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor’s wife or approach a woman during her menstrual impurity.

if he does not eat at the mountain shrines or raise his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, or defile his neighbor’s wife or approach a woman during her menstrual period—

If he has not eaten on the mountains, Nor lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, Nor defiled his neighbor’s wife, Nor approached a woman during her impurity;

He does not eat at the mountain shrines or raise his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor’s wife or come near a woman during her menstrual impurity.

[ And] hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman,

does not eat pagan sacrifices on the mountains or pray to the idols of the house of Israel, does not defile his neighbor’s wife, does not have sexual relations with a woman during her period,

and has not eaten on the mountains, hasn’t lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hasn’t defiled his neighbor’s wife, hasn’t come near a woman in her impurity,

that hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hath not defiled his neighbor’s wife,

and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the host of heaven, thou be drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which Jehovah thy God hath allotted unto all the peoples under the whole heaven.

And ye shall know that I am Jehovah, when their slain men shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, on all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the places where they offered sweet savor to all their idols.

because they had not executed mine ordinances, but had rejected my statutes, and had profaned my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers’ idols.

Slanderous men have been in thee to shed blood; and in thee they have eaten upon the mountains: in the midst of thee they have committed lewdness.In thee have they uncovered their fathers’ nakedness; in thee have they humbled her that was unclean in her impurity.And one hath committed abomination with his neighbor’s wife; and another hath lewdly defiled his daughter- in- law; and another in thee hath humbled his sister, his father’s daughter.

and that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbor’s wife,hath wronged the poor and needy, hath taken by robbery, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,

And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath made naked her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

And thou shalt not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is impure by her uncleanness.And thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbor’s wife, to defile thyself with her.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: From whence shall my help come?

And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men,nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties,envyings, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of which I forewarn you, even as I did forewarn you, that they who practise such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

For when I had brought them into the land, which I sware to give unto them, then they saw every high hill, and every thick tree, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocation of their offering; there also they made their sweet savor, and they poured out there their drink- offerings.

but I say unto you, that every one that looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

If a man be found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die, the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away the evil from Israel.If there be a damsel that is a virgin betrothed unto a husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them to death with stones; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbor’s wife: so thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.But if the man find the damsel that is betrothed in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her; then the man only that lay with her shall die:but unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbor, and slayeth him, even so is this matter;for he found her in the field, the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, that is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he hath humbled her; he may not put her away all his days.A man shall not take his father’s wife, and shall not uncover his father’s skirt.

And I said unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt; I am Jehovah your God.

Wherefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Ye eat with the blood, and lift up your eyes unto your idols, and shed blood: and shall ye possess the land?Ye stand upon your sword, ye work abomination, and ye defile every one his neighbor’s wife: and shall ye possess the land?

lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they play the harlot after their gods, and sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee and thou eat of his sacrifice;

Let marriage be had in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have communion with demons.

for they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods; and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods.

Unto thee do I lift up mine eyes, O thou that sittest in the heavens.Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their master, As the eyes of a maid unto the hand of her mistress; So our eyes look unto Jehovah our God, Until he have mercy upon us.

they were as fed horses roaming at large; every one neighed after his neighbor’s wife.Shall I not visit for these things? saith Jehovah; and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
