Because they consider all the offenses they have committed and turn away from them, that person will surely live; they will not die.

They think about all the evil things they have done. And they turn away from them. So you can be sure they will live. They will not die.

我思想自己所行的道路，我的腳步就轉向你的法度。

我看重你的一切命令，就不致羞愧。

因為凡遵守全部律法的，只違背了一條就是違犯了所有的律法。原來那說「不可姦淫」的，也說「不可殺人」。你就是不姦淫，卻殺人，也是成為違犯律法的。既然你們要按使人自由的律法受審判，就要照這律法說話行事。

所以，要治死你們在地上的肢體；就如淫亂、污穢、邪情、惡慾和貪婪－貪婪就是拜偶像。因這些事，上帝的憤怒必臨到那些悖逆的人。當你們在這些事中活着的時候，你們的行為也曾是這樣的。但現在你們要棄絕這一切的事，就是惱恨、憤怒、惡毒、毀謗和口中污穢的言語。不要彼此說謊，因為你們已經脫去舊人和舊人的行為，

「看哪，他若生了兒子，兒子見父親所犯的一切罪，他見了，卻不照樣去做；

我聽見以法蓮為自己悲嘆說：『你管教我，我便受管教，我如未馴服的牛犢。求你使我回轉，我便回轉，因為你是耶和華－我的上帝。我背離以後就懊悔，受教以後就捶胸；我因擔當年輕時的凌辱就抱愧蒙羞。』以法蓮是我的愛子嗎？是我喜歡的孩子嗎？我每逢責備他，仍深顧念他。因此，我的心腸牽掛着他，我必要憐憫他。這是耶和華說的。

你們要把所犯的一切罪過盡行拋棄，為自己造一個新的心和新的靈。以色列家啊，你們為甚麼要死呢？

行為正直、遵行耶和華律法的，這人有福了！

人子啊，你要對本國的百姓說：義人的義，在他犯罪之日不能救他；至於惡人的惡，在他轉離惡行之日不會使他傾倒；義人在他犯罪之日不能因自己的義存活。

惟願他們有智慧，能明白這事，他們就會想到自己的結局。

所以人子啊，你要收拾被擄時需用的物件，白天在他們眼前離去，在他們眼前離開你所住的地方，移到別處去；他們雖是悖逆之家，或者可以領悟。

撒母耳對以色列全家說：「你們若全心回轉歸向耶和華，就要從你們中間除掉外邦的神明和亞斯她錄，預備你們的心歸向耶和華，單單事奉他，他必救你們脫離非利士人的手。」以色列人就除掉諸巴力和亞斯她錄，單單事奉耶和華。

他為我們的緣故捨己，為了要贖我們脫離一切罪惡，又潔淨我們作他自己的子民，熱心為善。

他醒悟過來，就說：『我父親有多少雇工，糧食有餘，我倒在這裏餓死嗎？我要起來，到我父親那裏去，對他說：父親！我得罪了天，又得罪了你，

「惡人若回轉離開所做的一切罪惡，謹守我的一切律例，行公平公義的事，他必要存活，不致死亡。
