None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live.

None of the sins they have committed will be held against them. Because of the godly things they have done, they will live.

你必再憐憫我們，將我們的罪惡踐踏在腳下，把我們的一切過犯拋進深海。

他犯的罪不會被追究，因為他行事公正仁義，所以必得存活。

「我，是我為自己的緣故，除去你的過犯，忘掉你的罪惡。

耶和華因我公義而善待我，因我清白而賞賜我，因為我堅守祂的道，沒有作惡背棄我的上帝。我遵守祂的一切法令，沒有把祂的律例棄置一旁。我在祂面前純全無過，沒有沾染罪惡。耶和華因我公義、在祂面前清白而獎賞我。

那時，在以色列必找不到過犯，在猶大必找不到罪惡，因為我必赦免我保留下來的餘民。這是耶和華說的。

義人若棄善行惡，與惡人同流合污，這人豈能活著？他從前的義行不會被記念，他必因自己的背信和罪惡而滅亡。

求你饒恕我年輕時的罪惡和過犯，以你的恩惠和慈愛待我。

我要赦免他們的過犯，忘掉他們的罪惡。」

然而，每年獻祭的事都使人想起自己的罪來，因為公牛和山羊的血根本不能除去人的罪。

正因如此，你們要加倍努力，不僅要有信心，還要有好的德行；不僅要有好的德行，還要有知識；不僅要有知識，還要有節制；不僅要有節制，還要有忍耐；不僅要有忍耐，還要有敬虔；不僅要有敬虔，還要有愛弟兄姊妹的心；不僅要有愛弟兄姊妹的心，還要有愛眾人的心。如果充分具備了這些品德，你們對我們主耶穌基督的認識就不會停滯不前，毫無收穫。缺乏上述品德的人不是瞎眼就是目光短淺，忘記他從前的罪已經得到潔淨。所以，弟兄姊妹，你們要更加努力，以確定自己蒙了呼召和揀選。這樣，你們就絕不會失足犯罪，進入我們的主和救主耶穌基督永恆國度的大門必為你們敞開。

過犯得赦免、罪惡被饒恕的人有福了！心裡沒有詭詐、不被耶和華算為有罪的人有福了！

因此，如今那些在基督耶穌裡的人不被定罪，

東離西有多遠，祂叫我們的過犯離我們也多遠！

不要自欺，上帝是輕慢不得的。人種什麼收什麼。順從罪惡的本性撒種的，必從罪惡的本性收取敗壞的惡果；順從聖靈撒種的，必從聖靈收取永生。

婦人對以利亞說：「上帝的僕人啊，我跟你有什麼關係？你到我這裡來是要讓上帝想起我的罪，取我兒子的性命嗎？」

上帝啊，求你憐憫我，因為你的慈愛永不改變；求你除去我的過犯，因為你有無限的憐憫。

求你從天上垂聽，在你眾僕人當中施行審判，按他們的行為罰惡賞善。

我們的祖先亞伯拉罕把兒子以撒獻在祭壇上的時候，難道不是因行為而被稱為義人嗎？可見他的信心和行為相稱，而且信心要有行為才是完全的。這正應驗了聖經的記載：「亞伯拉罕信上帝，就被算為義人」，並且被稱為「上帝的朋友」。可見人要被上帝算為義人必須有與信心相稱的行為，並非單有信心。還有妓女喇合，她收留使者，把他們藏在家裡，又送他們從別的路逃生，不也是因行為而被稱為義人嗎？身體沒有靈魂是死的，同樣，信心沒有行為也是死的。

誰都無需再教導他的鄰居和弟兄，說，『你要認識耶和華』，因為他們無論尊卑都必認識我。我要赦免他們的過犯，忘掉他們的罪惡。這是耶和華說的。」

你僕人從中受到警戒，遵守的人必得大賞賜。

上帝必照各人的行為施行賞罰。凡是恆心行善、尋求榮耀、尊貴和永恆福分的人，祂要把永生賜給他們；
