不欺压任何人，不索取抵押品，不抢夺人的物件，却把自己的食物给饥饿的人，把衣服给赤身的人穿着；

未曾亏负人，未曾取人的当头，未曾抢夺人的物件，却将食物给饥饿的人吃，将衣服给赤身的人穿，

He does not oppress anyone or require a pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing for the naked.

He does not treat anyone badly. He does not make people give him something to prove they will pay back what they owe him. He does not steal. Instead, he gives his food to hungry people. He provides clothes for those who are naked.

要把你的粮食撒在水面上，因为日久你必得回。你要分为七份，或分为八份，因为你不知道将来会有什么灾祸在地上发生。

你摆筵席的时候，总要邀请那贫穷的、残废的、瘸腿的、瞎眼的，

疲乏的人你没有给他水喝，饥饿的人你没有给他饭吃。

如果你的仇敌饿了，就给他食物吃；如果渴了，就给他水喝，

心存良善看人的，必蒙赐福；因为他把自己的食物分给穷人。

不是要把你的食物分给饥饿的人，把流浪的穷困人接到你的家里，见到赤身露体的，给他衣服蔽体，不可逃避自己的骨肉而不顾恤吗？这样，你的光就必突然发出，像黎明的曙光，你的伤口就必快快复原；你的公义就必行在你的前面，耶和华的荣耀要作你的后盾。那时，你求告，耶和华必应允；你呼求，他必说：“我在这里！”你若从你中间除掉欺压人的轭，除去指责人的指头和恶毒的言语，你的心若顾念饥饿的人，使困苦的人得到饱足，你的光就必在黑暗中升起来，你的幽暗必变得如正午。

我若见人因无衣服死亡，或贫穷人毫无遮盖；

只要把里面的施舍出去，你们的一切就都洁净了。

关怀穷乏人的有福了；在遭难的日子，耶和华必救他。

她张手周济困苦人，伸手帮助穷乏人。
