“他若是生一个儿子，是个强暴的人，流人的血，又向兄弟行上述任何一件恶事

“他若生一个儿子，作强盗，是流人血的，不行以上所说之善，反行其中之恶，乃在山上吃过祭偶像之物，并玷污邻舍的妻，

“他若生了儿子，儿子作强盗，流人的血，作父亲的虽然未犯此过，儿子却对弟兄行了以上所说的恶，在山上吃祭物，污辱邻舍的妻；

“倘若这人生了一个不肖子，凶残暴戾，杀人抢劫，无恶不作，

設其人生子為盜、而流人血、行上所言之惡、

如此義人有子、為盜殺人、上所言之善不作、上所言之惡屢行、食岡巒之祭品、淫人之妻、

如彼有有原文作生子、為盜殺人、以上所言之善不作、所言之惡反作、食於山上獻偶像之祭物、淫人之妻、

“ Suppose he has a violent son, who sheds blood or does any of these other things

“ But suppose he has a mean son who harms other people. The son commits murder. Or he does some other things that are wrong.

“ If he fathers a son who is violent, a shedder of blood, who does any of these things

“ But suppose that man has a son who grows up to be a robber or murderer and refuses to do what is right.

“ But suppose the man has a violent son, who sheds blood and does any of these things,

“ However, he may father a violent son who sheds blood, and does any one of these things to a brother

“ If he begets a son who is a robber Or a shedder of blood, Who does any of these things

If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth any one of these things,

“ Now suppose the man has a violent son, who sheds blood and does any of these things,

If he beget a son[ that is] a robber, a shedder of blood, and[ that] doeth the like to[ any] one of these[ things],

“ Suppose such a man has a violent son who sheds blood and does any of these things mentioned previously

“ If he fathers a son who is a robber who sheds blood, and who does any one of these things,

“打人以致把人打死的，必要把那人处死。

“窃贼挖窟窿入屋的时候，如果被人发现，把他打了，以致打死，打死人的就没有流人血的罪。（本节在《马索拉文本》为22:1）

犯了死罪，故意杀人的，你们不可收取赎价代他赎命，因为他必被处死。

他们又喊叫说：“不要他！要巴拉巴！”这巴拉巴是个强盗。

流你们的血、害你们生命的，我必向他们追偿；无论是走兽或人类，甚至各人自己的兄弟，我必要他偿命。流人血的，人也必流他的血；因为神造人，是按着他自己的形象。

不要像该隐，他是属于那恶者的，他又杀了自己的弟弟。为什么杀他呢？因为他自己的行为是恶的，弟弟的行为是义的。

人怎可抢夺神之物呢？你们却抢夺属我之物，竟还问：‘我们抢夺了你的什么呢？’就是抢夺了当纳的十分之一和当献的祭物。你们要受严厉的咒诅，因你们全国的人都抢夺了属我之物。”

“不可欺压你的邻舍，也不可抢夺他的东西；雇工的工钱，不可扣留在你那里到早晨。
