爾在商賈之地迦勒底、益爾淫亂、猶不知足、

并且多行淫乱，直到那贸易之地，就是迦勒底，你仍不满意。

于是你与那称为贸易之地的迦勒底多行淫乱，即使这样，你仍不满足。

于是又跟那商贾之地的迦勒底人行淫，但仍不满足。

于是你增多你的淫乱，与贸易之地迦勒底行淫，你还是不满足。

Then you increased your promiscuity to include Babylonia, a land of merchants, but even with this you were not satisfied.

Then you offered yourself to the people of Babylon. But that did not satisfy you either. There are many traders in the land of Babylon.

You multiplied your whoring also with the trading land of Chaldea, and even with this you were not satisfied.

You added to your lovers by embracing Babylonia, the land of merchants, but you still weren’t satisfied.

So you extended your prostitution to Chaldea, the land of merchants, but you were not even satisfied with this!

You also multiplied your obscene practice with the land of merchants, Chaldea; yet even with this you were not satisfied.” ’ ”

Moreover you multiplied your acts of harlotry as far as the land of the trader, Chaldea; and even then you were not satisfied.

Thou hast moreover multiplied thy whoredom unto the land of traffic, unto Chaldea; and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

惟彼增其淫行、見迦勒底人像、繪於牆壁、塗以丹雘、其腰束帶、冠巾下垂於後、容若牧伯、與迦勒底地所出之巴比倫人同、婦見之、則生戀愛、遣使往迦勒底見之、巴比倫人至、登榻行淫、婦既被玷、則厭其人、彼顯其淫行、露其身體、我則厭之、如厭其姊、惟彼增其淫行、憶其少年、在埃及行淫、戀其所懽、體壯若驢、精足若馬、猶憶少年行淫、為埃及人擁抱、摩撫厥乳、○

如是、爾以不堅之泥所塗之垣、我必毀之、傾之於地、露其基址、傾時、爾亦亡於其中、則知我乃耶和華、我洩我忿於垣、及以不堅之泥而塗之者、告爾曰、垣與塗者、俱歸烏有、此即以色列之先知、彼指耶路撒冷預言、為之得平康之啟示、實無平康、主耶和華言之矣、○人子歟、我民女以己意預言、爾其預言以抵之、曰、主耶和華云、禍哉女也、為諸肘縫枕、依身之長短製巾、以獵人命、爾豈欲獵我民之命、而保他命以利己乎、爾為數掬之麰麥、數方之餅、辱我於我民中、我民聽從妄誕、爾與之言誑、以殺不當死者、而存不當生者、故主耶和華曰、爾曹製枕獵人之命、有若羅鳥、我惡爾枕、必奪之於爾肱、釋爾所獵之命、如鳥飛去、亦裂爾巾、救我民於爾手、不復為爾所獵、爾則知我乃耶和華、惟彼義人、我未使之殷憂、爾以妄誕使之心戚、亦堅惡人之手、致不轉離邪途、而得生存、故爾不復得虛偽之啟示、不復占卜筮、我必救我民於爾手、爾則知我乃耶和華、
