纵然这三个义人在那里，我凭我的永恒起誓，他们也不能救自己的儿女，只能自己得救，那里却要荒凉。这是主耶和华说的。

虽有这三人在其中，主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，他们连儿带女都不能得救，只能自己得救，那地仍然荒凉。

雖此三人在於其中、我指己生而誓、彼不得救其子女、惟救己而已、地必荒蕪、主耶和華言之矣、

雖斯三人居其中、我耶和華指己而誓、其國荒蕪之日、彼止能救一己之命、不能救其子女。

主天主曰、雖此三人在其國中、我指己永生而誓、彼不能救其子女、惟一己得救、地仍荒蕪、

as surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, even if these three men were in it, they could not save their own sons or daughters. They alone would be saved, but the land would be desolate.

And suppose these three men were in that country. Then they could not save their own sons or daughters. They alone would be saved. But the land would become a dry and empty desert. And that is just as sure as I am alive,” announces the Lord and King.

As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, even if those three men were there, they wouldn’t be able to save their own sons or daughters. They alone would be saved, but the land would be made desolate.

Even if these three men were in it, as I live”— the declaration of the Lord GOD—“ they could not rescue their sons or daughters. They alone would be rescued, but the land would be desolate.

这样，为了亚伯拉罕的缘故，上帝毁灭平原各城的时候，让罗得逃离所住的城市，不致丧命。

说，‘我们的仇敌果然被铲除，他们的财产已被火吞噬。’

纵然这三个义人在那里，我凭我的永恒起誓，他们也不能救自己的儿女，只能自己得救。这是主耶和华说的。

挪亚因为有信心，在上帝指示他未来要发生的事之后，就怀着敬畏的心建造方舟，来救全家的人。他借着信心定了那个世代的罪，并承受了因信而来的义。

谁犯罪，谁死亡，儿子不用承担父亲的罪恶，父亲也不用承担儿子的罪恶。义人必有善报，恶人必有恶报。

即使挪亚、但以理和约伯三人在那里，他们也只能因义行而自己得救。这是主耶和华说的。

对我说，‘保罗，不用怕，你一定会站在凯撒面前，上帝也会保全所有和你同船的人。’

“我又告诉你们，如果你们当中有两个人在地上同心合意地祈求，不论求什么，我天上的父必为你们成就。因为哪里有两三个人奉我的名聚会，我就在哪里与他们同在。”

所以你们要彼此认罪，互相代祷，好得到医治。义人的祷告有极大的力量和功效。

纵然挪亚、但以理和约伯在那里，我凭我的永恒起誓，他们也不能救自己的儿女，只能因义行而自己得救。这是主耶和华说的。

你们去把我的话告诉他们，‘以色列人啊，我凭我的永恒起誓，我必照你们所说的对待你们。你们当中凡登记在册、二十岁以上向我发怨言的人，必倒毙在这旷野中，

亚伯拉罕上前说：“你要把义人和恶人一同毁灭吗？倘若城中有五十个义人，你还要毁灭那城吗？你会不会为了五十个义人而饶恕那座城呢？你绝不会黑白不分，把义人和恶人一同毁灭。你是普天下的审判者，难道不秉公行事吗？”耶和华回答说：“倘若我在所多玛城中找到五十个义人，我就要因他们的缘故饶恕全城。”亚伯拉罕说：“主啊，虽然我渺小如灰尘，但我还要大胆地求问你，倘若只有四十五个义人，你会因为少了五个义人而毁灭全城吗？”耶和华说：“倘若我在城里找到四十五个义人，我也不会毁灭那城。”亚伯拉罕又说：“倘若在那里找到四十个义人呢？”耶和华说：“为了那四十个人的缘故，我不会毁灭那城。”亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要发怒，容许我再问一次，倘若在那里只找到三十个义人呢？”耶和华说：“倘若在那里只找到三十个，我也不会毁灭那城。”亚伯拉罕说：“我大胆再问一次，倘若在那里只找到二十个义人呢？”耶和华说：“为了那二十个人的缘故，我也不会毁灭那城。”亚伯拉罕又说：“求主不要发怒，让我问最后一次，倘若在那里只找到十个义人呢？”耶和华说：“为了那十个人的缘故，我也不会毁灭那城。”耶和华跟亚伯拉罕说完话便离开了，亚伯拉罕也回家去了。

你要告诉他们，主耶和华说，“我凭我的永恒起誓，我绝不喜欢恶人死亡，我更愿意恶人改邪归正，得以存活。以色列人啊，回头吧！回头吧！改邪归正吧！何必自取灭亡呢？”’
