The Lord said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who are plotting evil and giving wicked advice in this city.

耶和华对我说：“人子啊，这就是图谋罪孽的人，在这城中给人设恶谋。

耶和华对我说：“人子啊，他们就是图谋罪孽，在这城中设计恶谋的人。

耶和华对我说：“人子啊，他们就是图谋罪孽，在这城中设计恶谋的人。

耶和华对我说：“人子啊，这些人在这城里专给人出毒计，设恶谋。

耶和华对我说：“人子啊！这些就是图谋罪孽，在这城里设恶谋的人。

耶和華對我說：「人子啊，這就是圖謀罪孽的人，在這城中給人設惡謀。

耶和華對我說：「人子啊，他們就是圖謀罪孽，在這城中設計惡謀的人。

耶和華對我說：「人子啊，他們就是圖謀罪孽，在這城中設計惡謀的人。

耶和華對我說：「人子啊，這些人在這城裡專給人出毒計，設惡謀。

耶和華對我說：“人子啊！這些就是圖謀罪孽，在這城裡設惡謀的人。

永恆主對我說：『人子啊，這些就是圖謀奸惡、在這城中設惡計謀的人；

神諭我曰、人子歟、圖維邪慝、在邑中設惡謀者、即斯人也、

主諭我曰、人子、彼眾在邑中、謀為不軌、

主諭我曰、人子、斯人在邑中、圖維不義、謀思不法、

The Lord said to me,“ Son of man, these men are making evil plans. They are giving bad advice to the city.

And he said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity and who give wicked counsel in this city;

The Spirit said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who are planning evil and giving wicked counsel in this city.

The LORD said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who plot evil and give wicked advice in this city.

Then He said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who devise wrongdoing and give evil advice in this city,

And He said to me:“ Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity and give wicked counsel in this city,

And he said unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise iniquity, and that give wicked counsel in this city;

The Lord said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who plan evil and give wicked advice in this city.

Then said he unto me, Son of man, these[ are] the men that devise mischief, and give wicked counsel in this city:

The LORD said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who plot evil and give wicked advice in this city.

He said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity, and who give wicked counsel in this city;

“ Woe to the obstinate children,” declares the Lord,“ to those who carry out plans that are not mine, forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit, heaping sin upon sin;

So I will go to the leaders and speak to them; surely they know the way of the Lord, the requirements of their God.” But with one accord they too had broken off the yoke and torn off the bonds.

You who practice deceit, your tongue plots destruction; it is like a sharpened razor.

Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed, saying,

They said,“ Come, let’s make plans against Jeremiah; for the teaching of the law by the priest will not cease, nor will counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophets. So come, let’s attack him with our tongues and pay no attention to anything he says.”

Even on their beds they plot evil; they commit themselves to a sinful course and do not reject what is wrong.

No one calls for justice; no one pleads a case with integrity. They rely on empty arguments, they utter lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil.

Woe to those who plan iniquity, to those who plot evil on their beds! At morning’s light they carry it out because it is in their power to do it.They covet fields and seize them, and houses, and take them. They defraud people of their homes, they rob them of their inheritance.

Esther again pleaded with the king, falling at his feet and weeping. She begged him to put an end to the evil plan of Haman the Agagite, which he had devised against the Jews.
