All who were willing, men and women alike, came and brought gold jewelry of all kinds: brooches, earrings, rings and ornaments. They all presented their gold as a wave offering to the Lord.

Every man and woman who wanted to give came. They brought gold jewelry of all kinds. They brought pins, earrings, rings and other jewelry. All of them gave their gold as a wave offering to the Lord.

So they came, both men and women. All who were of a willing heart brought brooches and earrings and signet rings and armlets, all sorts of gold objects, every man dedicating an offering of gold to the Lord.

Both men and women came, all whose hearts were willing. They brought to the Lord their offerings of gold— brooches, earrings, rings from their fingers, and necklaces. They presented gold objects of every kind as a special offering to the Lord.

王又在猶大和耶路撒冷發出布告，叫人將上帝僕人摩西在曠野吩咐以色列人徵獻的捐項帶來、奉給永恆主。眾首領和眾民都歡歡喜喜地帶來，投在櫃中，直到滿滿。負責人每逢把櫃子抬到王的辦公室由利未人經手檢點，他們若見銀子多了，王的祕書和祭司長的委員、總來，將櫃倒光，整理整理，放回原處：天天都這樣作，收集了銀子很多。王和耶何耶大將銀子交給永恆主殿裏辦事的人，辦事人就雇了鑿石人和匠人來重新修造永恆主的殿，也雇了鐵匠銅匠來修理永恆主的殿。作工的人一直地作工，修復的工作在他們手下順序地進行；他們將上帝的殿重立其舊觀，並使它很堅固。既作完了，他們就把剩下的銀子送到王和耶何耶大面前；銀子就用來製造永恆主殿裏的器皿、供奉和獻祭的器皿、碟子、金銀的器皿。儘耶何耶大在世的日子、眾人都不斷在永恆主殿裏獻上燔祭。

如今我們將奉給永恆主的供物、都帶了來，各人帶他所得的金器、腳鍊子、鐲子、列印戒指、耳環、手釧，好在永恆主面前為我們自己除罪。』

於是眾父系族長、以色列眾族派的首領、千夫長、百夫長、和監管王工的主任、全都甘心自願地奉獻。為了要作上帝之殿的使用、他們就拿出金子五千擔零一萬達利克，銀子一萬擔，銅一萬八千擔，鐵十萬擔。

有些父系的族長到了耶路撒冷永恆主之殿的地址，便為上帝之殿自願獻禮物，要把殿在原址上重立起來。他們按力量捐獻在工程庫裏；有金子六萬一千達利克，銀子五千彌拿，祭司禮褂一百件。

利巴嫩的榮耀必來歸你，松樹、杉樹、黃楊樹，一齊來，使我聖所之地榮美；我必使我腳踏之地得榮耀。

進了房子，看見小孩子同他母親馬利亞，便俯伏拜他，揭開了寶盒，將黃金乳香沒藥等禮物獻給他。

有些父系的族長為了這工程而捐獻。省長捐獻在庫中的有金子一千達利克，碗五十個，祭司禮褂五百三十件。又有父系的族長捐獻在工程庫裏：金子二萬達利克，銀子二千二百彌拿。其餘的人民捐獻的有金子二萬達利克，銀子二千彌拿，祭司禮褂六十七件。

耳墜、手鐲、蒙臉長披、

啊，沿海地帶必聚集來歸我，他施的船領先，將你的眾兒子都從遠方帶來，連他們的金銀都帶來，都為了永恆主你的上帝的名，又為了以色列之聖者，因為他使你得了光榮。

耶穌對着奉獻櫃而坐着，看羣眾怎樣投錢入櫃，有許多有錢的投着許多。有一個窮寡婦來，投了兩個小錢，就是一個大錢。耶穌便叫門徒來，對他們說：『我實在告訴你們，這窮寡婦所投的、比許多投入奉獻櫃的人所投的還多；因為眾人都是以其所餘的來投；惟獨她、從她的窮乏中、將她一切所有的、她全部養生之資、都投上了。』
