恐怕你与那地的居民立约，他们随从自己的神行邪淫，给自己的神献祭的时候，有人叫你，你就吃他的祭物；

只怕你与那地的居民立约，百姓随从他们的神，就行邪淫，祭祀他们的神，有人叫你，你便吃他的祭物，

你不可与那地的居民立约，因为他们随从自己的神明行淫；祭他们神明的时候，有人邀请你参加，你就会吃他的祭物。

爾若與其地之居民立約、恐彼妄從其神、祭祀其神、招爾食其祭物、

但他们连士师也不听从，竟与别的神行了奸淫，敬拜他们；他们迅速偏离了他们列祖所行、听从耶和华命令的道路，他们没有照样行。

耶和华对摩西说：“看哪，你快要和你的列祖长眠了；这人民要起来，在他们所要去的地方，在那地的人中，与外族人的神行邪淫，离弃我，破坏我与他们所立的约。

那些女子叫以色列人来，一同给她们的神献祭，以色列人也吃了她们的祭物，跪拜她们的神。

关于吃祭过偶像的食物，我们知道世上的偶像算不得什么，也知道神只有一位，没有别的神。

他们又归附巴力．毗珥，吃了祭过死神的祭物。

如果有不信的人邀请你们吃饭，你们也愿意去，凡摆在你们面前的，都可以吃，不要为了良心的缘故问什么。

因为如果有人看见你这有知识的人，在偶像的庙里吃喝，他的良心若是软弱，他不就放胆去吃那祭过偶像的食物吗？

他们不可再杀祭牲，献给那些山羊，就是他们所随从行邪淫的鬼神。这要作他们世世代代永远的律例。

你要小心，不可与你所去的那地的居民立约，恐怕这事在你中间成为陷阱。

不过，这种知识不是人人都有的。有些人直到现在习惯了拜偶像的事，因此他们吃的时候，就把这些食物看作是真的献过给偶像的；他们的良心既然软弱，就被污秽了。

因以色列把自己的淫行视作等闲，去与石头木头行淫，就把这地玷污了。

我就要向那人和他的家族变脸，把他和所有跟随他与摩洛行邪淫的人，都从他们的族人中剪除。“如果有人转向交鬼的和行法术的，随从他们行淫，我必向那人变脸，把他从他的族人中剪除。

这要作你们的繸子，叫你们一看见，就记得耶和华的一切命令，并且遵行；不随从自己的心意和眼目乱跑，像你们素常乱跑行淫一样，

我是说，教外人所祭的是鬼，不是献给神；我却不愿意你们与鬼来往。你们不能喝主的杯又喝鬼的杯，你们不能参加主的筵席又参加鬼的筵席。

耶和华说：“看哪，我要立约，我要在你全体的人民面前作奇妙的事，是在全地万国中没有行过的。在你四周的万民都必看见耶和华的作为，因为我向你所行的是可畏惧的事。

拿着七碗的七位天使中，有一位来跟我讲话，说：“你来，我要把那坐在众水之上的大淫妇所要受的审判指示你。地上的众王都跟她行过淫，住在地上的人也都喝她淫乱的酒醉了。”我在灵里被天使带到旷野去，看见一个妇人，骑着朱红色的兽，这兽布满了亵渎的名号，有七头十角。那妇人穿着紫色和朱红色的衣服，佩戴着金子、宝石和珍珠的装饰，手里拿着金杯，盛满了可憎的物，和她淫乱的污秽。她额上写着一个名号：“奥秘，大巴比伦，地上的淫妇和可憎的物之母。”

看哪！远离你的，必定灭亡；凡是对你不贞的，你都要灭绝。

我的子民求问木头，由木杖引导他们，因为淫荡的灵使他们走迷了路，他们就行淫不顺从神。

他们需用的什么东西，包括作燔祭献给天上神的公牛犊、公绵羊和绵羊羔；还有麦子、盐、酒和油，都要照着在耶路撒冷的祭司们所说，天天供给他们，不可疏忽，

然而有一件事我要责备你，就是你容让那自称是先知的妇人耶洗别，教导和引诱我的众仆人行淫乱，吃祭过偶像的食物。

不可与他们和他们的神立约。

以色列啊！不要欢喜；不要像外族人一样快乐，因为你行了邪淫，离开你的神，在各打谷场上喜爱卖淫的赏赐。

耶和华你的神把他们交给你，你打败了他们的时候，你要完全毁灭他们，不可与他们立约，也不可恩待他们。
