When Aaron saw this, he built an altar in front of the calf and announced,“ Tomorrow there will be a festival to the Lord.”

『以上這些是永恆主的制定節期、就是你們要宣告為聖聚會，要將火祭獻與永恆主的；還有燔祭、素祭、宰獻祭、奠祭、各歸各日；

『永恆主的制定節期、你們在其定期內所要宣告的聖聚會、是以下這些。

亞倫從他們手裏接過來，用雕刻的器具雕造它，作成一隻鑄像的牛犢；他們就說：『以色列啊，這就是你們的神、那領你們從埃及地上來的！』

所以我們守這節、不可用舊酵，也不可用惡毒邪惡之酵，卻要用純潔真誠之無酵餅。

以法蓮加多了祭壇以解罪，這些壇對於他卻成了使他犯罪的祭壇。

掃羅為永恆主築了一座祭壇；這是他開始為永恆主築的祭壇。

耶羅波安定了八月十五日為節期，像在猶大的節期一樣；他自己上去、在祭壇旁獻祭；在伯特利他也這樣作，向他所造的牛犢獻祭，又將他所立為邱壇的祭司安置在伯特利。八月十五日、他心裏自定的月日、他自己上去，在他所造於伯特利的祭壇旁獻祭；他為以色列人定了節期，自己上去、在祭壇旁燻祭。

文書上寫着說：『你們要宣告禁食，叫拿伯坐在民間的首位上，

『這一日要給你們做記念日：你們要守為敬拜永恆主的節；要世世代代地守，作為永遠的條例。

摩西說：『我們去，是要和我們那些年青的跟年老的去，和我們的兒女們去，帶着我們的羊羣牛羣去的，因為我們的節是個拜永恆主的節。』

在這一天、你們要宣告，要有聖聚會；甚麼勞碌的工都不可作：這在你們一切的住所要做你們世世代代永遠的條例。

於是立下了命令，將布告傳達在全以色列，從別是巴直到但，叫人民都來、在耶路撒冷向永恆主以色列的上帝守逾越節，因為人民遵照所記載的例來守這節的並不多。

以色列忘記了造他的主，而建造宮殿；猶大加多了堡壘城；我卻要降火於他的城市，燒燬他的宮堡。

祭司烏利亞就把祭壇築了起來；亞哈斯王從大馬色所送來的怎麼樣，祭司烏利亞都按怎麼樣造，等候亞哈斯王從大馬色回來。
