摩西復覲主曰、斯民獲大罪、為己鑄金神、

So Moses went back to the Lord and said,“ Oh, what a great sin these people have committed! They have made themselves gods of gold.

So Moses went back to the Lord. He said,“ These people have committed a terrible sin. They have made a god out of gold for themselves.

So Moses returned to the Lord and said,“ Alas, this people has sinned a great sin. They have made for themselves gods of gold.

So Moses returned to the Lord and said,“ Oh, what a terrible sin these people have committed. They have made gods of gold for themselves.

So Moses returned to the LORD and said,“ Oh, these people have committed a grave sin; they have made a god of gold for themselves.

Then Moses returned to the Lord and said,“ Oh, this people has committed a great sin, and they have made a god of gold for themselves!

And Moses returned unto Jehovah, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.

毋在我前作金銀之神、

明日、摩西告民曰、爾獲大罪、我今登山覲主、或可使爾之罪得赦、

爾既犯罪、行惡於主前、干犯其怒、我又如昔伏於主前四十晝夜、不食餅、不飲水、因主怒爾特甚、氣忿震烈、欲殲滅爾、我甚畏懼、此次主又俯聽我、

毋為己作偶像、上天下地、與地下水中百物、毋作其像、

我天主歟、我含羞負愧、不敢向我天主仰面、蓋我儕罪惡滅頂、我儕愆尤滔天、自列祖時至於今日、我愆尤甚重、因我罪惡、我與我王並祭司、見付於異邦人手、被刀殺、被擄掠、被劫奪、面蒙羞恥、有如今日之事、

主歟、我儕君王、我儕牧伯、我儕列祖獲罪於主、面蒙羞愧、

主以色列之天主至仁慈、使我所餘之人得免、有如今日之事、我反於主前復犯罪愆、因此不敢立於主前、

摩西在山與主居四十晝夜、不食不飲、不食不飲原文作不食餅不飲水主以立約之言、即十誡、書於二板、○

我儕犯罪違背、作惡叛逆、棄主之誡命法度、
