會中被點閱的人所出的銀子、按聖所的平、有一百擔又一千七百七十五舍客勒。凡按次序走過去而屬於那些有資格被點閱的人、從二十歲和以上的、有六十萬三千五百五十人，按聖所的平、每一個人頭繳納一「比加」、就是半舍客勒。那一百擔銀子是用來鑄造聖所帶卯的座和帷帳帶卯的座的：一百個帶卯的座用了一百擔；一擔作一個帶卯的座。那一千七百七十五、他用來作柱子的鈎子、包上柱頂、又給柱子作箍子。人所搖獻的銅有七十擔又二千四百舍客勒。他用這銅作會棚出入處帶卯的座和銅的祭壇、跟壇的銅格子、和祭壇一切器具、以及院子四圍帶卯的座、和院門帶卯的座、跟帳幕所有的橛子、和院子四圍所有的橛子。

我們又為自己立了法令、叫自己每年各獻銀一舍客勒三分之一，做我們的上帝之殿的用處：就是做陳設餅、不斷獻的素祭、不斷獻的燔祭、安息日初一日制定節期所獻的、做聖物和為以色列人除罪的解罪祭、以及我們的上帝殿裏一切工作的費用。

『這一日要給你們做記念日：你們要守為敬拜永恆主的節；要世世代代地守，作為永遠的條例。

他又拿着餅，祝謝擘開，給予他們說：『這是我的身體。』
