按著調製香料的方法製作聖膏油。要用這些膏油來抹會幕、約櫃、桌子和桌上所有的器具、燈臺和燈臺上的器具、香壇、燔祭壇和壇上所有的器具、洗濯盆和盆座。你要使這一切聖潔，成為至聖之物。凡碰到它們的都會聖潔。「你也要用這種油來膏亞倫父子們，使他們分別出來，做聖潔的祭司事奉我。你要把我的話告訴以色列百姓，『我要世世代代以這油為聖膏油。

更何況人踐踏上帝的兒子，輕看那使人聖潔的立約之血，又藐視賜人恩典的聖靈？這等人該受多麼重的刑罰啊！

主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華膏立了我，讓我傳福音給貧窮的人，差遣我醫治傷心的人，宣告被擄的人得釋放、被囚的人得自由；宣告我們上帝耶和華的恩年和祂報仇的日子，安慰一切悲哀的人；以華冠取代錫安哀傷者頭上的灰塵，以喜樂的膏油取代他們的哀傷，以頌讚的外袍取代他們的沮喪。他們將被稱為耶和華所栽種的公義橡樹，以彰顯祂的榮耀。

耶和華的靈必住在他身上，使他有聰明和智慧、謀略和能力，能認識並敬畏耶和華。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼見施行審判，不憑耳聞斷定是非，而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。公義必作他的腰帶，信實必作他肋下的帶子。

為了他們，我獻上自己，使他們藉著真理可以聖潔。
