今爾若聽從我言、遵守我約、普天下雖皆屬我、我必於萬國中、特選爾為我民、特選爾為我民或作以爾為寶

Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine,

Now obey me completely. Keep my covenant. If you do, then out of all the nations you will be my special treasure. The whole earth is mine.

Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine;

Now if you will carefully listen to me and keep my covenant, you will be my own possession out of all the peoples, although the whole earth is mine,

Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine;

For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. He has chosen you to be his people, prized above all others on the face of the earth.

And today the LORD has declared you to be his special people( as he already promised you) so you may keep all his commandments.

“ They will belong to me,” says the LORD who rules over all,“ in the day when I prepare my own special property. I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him.

Indeed, the LORD has chosen Jacob for himself, Israel to be his special possession.

He gave himself for us to set us free from every kind of lawlessness and to purify for himself a people who are truly his, who are eager to do good.

The heavens– indeed the highest heavens– belong to the LORD your God, as does the earth and everything in it.

He said,“ If you will diligently obey the LORD your God, and do what is right in his sight, and pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, then all the diseases that I brought on the Egyptians I will not bring on you, for I, the LORD, am your healer.”

You, however, the LORD has selected and brought from Egypt, that iron- smelting furnace, to be his special people as you are today.

The LORD our God made a covenant with us at Horeb.

Moses said to him,“ When I leave the city I will spread my hands to the LORD, the thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail, so that you may know that the earth belongs to the LORD.

The LORD owns the earth and all it contains, the world and all who live in it.

( Who has confronted me that I should repay? Everything under heaven belongs to me!)

But if you diligently obey him and do all that I command, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and I will be an adversary to your adversaries.

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place he would later receive as an inheritance, and he went out without understanding where he was going.

“ Indeed, a time is coming,” says the LORD,“ when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah.It will not be like the old covenant that I made with their ancestors when I delivered them from Egypt. I will be their God and they will be my people.

The people said to Joshua,“ We will worship the LORD our God and obey him.”

The LORD always proves faithful and reliable to those who follow the demands of his covenant.

“ You, my servant Israel, Jacob whom I have chosen, offspring of Abraham my friend,

But at the end of the appointed time I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up toward heaven, and my sanity returned to me. I extolled the Most High, and I praised and glorified the one who lives forever. For his authority is an everlasting authority, and his kingdom extends from one generation to the next.All the inhabitants of the earth are regarded as nothing. But the LORD continually shows loyal love to his faithful followers, and is faithful to their descendants,to those who keep his covenant, who are careful to obey his commands.

Those are the terms that I charged your ancestors to keep when I brought them out of Egypt, that place which was like an iron-smelting furnace. I said at that time,“ Obey me and carry out the terms of the agreement exactly as I commanded you. If you do, you will be my people and I will be your God.Then I will keep the promise I swore on oath to your ancestors to give them a land flowing with milk and honey.” That is the very land that you still live in today.’” And I responded,“ Amen! Let it be so, LORD!”The LORD said to me,“ Announce all the following words in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem:‘ Listen to the terms of my covenant with you and carry them out!For I solemnly warned your ancestors to obey me. I warned them again and again, ever since I delivered them out of Egypt until this very day.

When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when he divided up humankind, he set the boundaries of the peoples, according to the number of the heavenly assembly.For the LORD’s allotment is his people, Jacob is his special possession.

Then Samuel said,“ Does the LORD take pleasure in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as he does in obedience? Certainly, obedience is better than sacrifice; paying attention is better than the fat of rams.

After all, you picked them out of all the nations of the earth to be your special possession, just as you, O sovereign LORD, announced through your servant Moses when you brought our ancestors out of Egypt.”

You may not eat any corpse, though you may give it to the resident foreigner who is living in your villages and he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner. You are a people holy to the LORD your God. Do not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

If you have a willing attitude and obey, then you will again eat the good crops of the land.

The LORD, who is the inheritance of Jacob’s descendants, is not like them. He is the one who created everything. And the people of Israel are those he claims as his own. He is known as the LORD who rules over all.”

the blessing if you take to heart the commandments of the LORD your God that I am giving you today,

He took the Book of the Covenant and read it aloud to the people, and they said,“ We are willing to do and obey all that the LORD has spoken.”

My vineyard, which belongs to me, is at my disposal alone. The thousand shekels belong to you, O Solomon, and two hundred shekels belong to those who maintain it for its fruit.

“ If you indeed obey the LORD your God and are careful to observe all his commandments I am giving you today, the LORD your God will elevate you above all the nations of the earth.

I keep track of every bird in the hills, and the insects of the field are mine.Even if I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world and all it contains belong to me.

For this is what the LORD says:“ For the eunuchs who observe my Sabbaths and choose what pleases me and are faithful to my covenant,

But if someone says to you,“ This is from a sacrifice,” do not eat, because of the one who told you and because of conscience–
