又在山上獻祭，請眾弟兄來吃飯。他們吃了飯，便在山上住宿。

在那裏，耶和華－你們神的面前，你們和你們的家屬都可以吃，並且因你手所辦的一切事蒙耶和華－你的神賜福，就都歡樂。

他的手不加害在以色列的尊者身上。他們觀看神；他們又吃又喝。

耶和華向亞伯蘭顯現，說：「我要把這地賜給你的後裔。」亞伯蘭就在那裏為向他顯現的耶和華築了一座壇。

他對女兒們說：「那個人在哪裏？你們為甚麼撇下他呢？你們去請他來吃飯。」

以撒就在那裏築了一座壇，求告耶和華的名，並且支搭帳棚；他的僕人便在那裏挖了一口井。

你們不能喝主的杯又喝鬼的杯，不能吃主的筵席又吃鬼的筵席。

筵宴的日子過了，約伯打發人去叫他們自潔。他清早起來，按着他們眾人的數目獻燔祭；因為他說：「恐怕我兒子犯了罪，心中棄掉神。」約伯常常這樣行。

你們看屬肉體的以色列人，那吃祭物的豈不是在祭壇上有分嗎？

「人獻與耶和華平安祭的條例乃是這樣：他若為感謝獻上，就要用調油的無酵餅和抹油的無酵薄餅，並用油調勻細麵做的餅，與感謝祭一同獻上。要用有酵的餅和為感謝獻的平安祭，與供物一同獻上。從各樣的供物中，他要把一個餅獻給耶和華為舉祭，是要歸給灑平安祭牲血的祭司。為感謝獻平安祭牲的肉，要在獻的日子吃，一點不可留到早晨。若所獻的是為還願，或是甘心獻的，必在獻祭的日子吃，所剩下的第二天也可以吃。但所剩下的祭肉，到第三天要用火焚燒；

安息日，耶穌到一個法利賽人的首領家裏去吃飯，他們就窺探他。

大衛說：「你不要懼怕，我必因你父親約拿單的緣故施恩與你，將你祖父掃羅的一切田地都歸還你；你也可以常與我同席吃飯。」

所以，你們或吃或喝，無論做甚麼，都要為榮耀神而行。

現在你們要取七隻公牛，七隻公羊，到我僕人約伯那裏去，為自己獻上燔祭，我的僕人約伯就為你們祈禱。我因悅納他，就不按你們的愚妄辦你們。你們議論我，不如我的僕人約伯說的是。」

又要獻平安祭，且在那裏吃，在耶和華－你的神面前歡樂。

次日，他們向耶和華獻平安祭和燔祭，就是獻公牛一千隻，公綿羊一千隻，羊羔一千隻，並同獻的奠祭；又為以色列眾人獻許多的祭。那日，他們在耶和華面前吃喝，大大歡樂。他們奉耶和華的命再膏大衛的兒子所羅門作王，又膏撒督作祭司。

希西家慰勞一切善於事奉耶和華的利未人。於是眾人吃節筵七日，又獻平安祭，且向耶和華－他們列祖的神認罪。

同席的有一人聽見這話，就對耶穌說：「在神國裏吃飯的有福了！」

美味我沒有吃，酒肉沒有入我的口，也沒有用油抹我的身，直到滿了三個七日。

亞伯也將他羊羣中頭生的和羊的脂油獻上。耶和華看中了亞伯和他的供物，

挪亞為耶和華築了一座壇，拿各類潔淨的牲畜、飛鳥獻在壇上為燔祭。

他們就預備那禮物，等候約瑟晌午來，因為他們聽見要在那裏吃飯。

約伯的弟兄、姊妹，和以先所認識的人都來見他，在他家裏一同吃飯；又論到耶和華所降與他的一切災禍，都為他悲傷安慰他。每人也送他一塊銀子和一個金環。
