When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up— one on one side, one on the other— so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

When Moses’ arms got tired, Aaron and Hur got a stone and put it under him. Then he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands. Aaron was on one side, and Hur was on the other. Moses’ hands remained steady until sunset.

But Moses’ hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

Moses’ arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset.

你們要使軟弱的人強壯，使雙腿無力的人站穩。

弟兄姊妹，請為我們禱告。

因為我知道，藉著你們的禱告和耶穌基督之靈的幫助，我終會得到釋放。

你們也要用祈禱幫助我們，使恩典藉著許多人的禱告臨到我們，眾人便因此而為我們感恩。

舉起矛槍攻擊追趕我的人。求你對我說：「我是你的拯救。」

祂回來，見他們都睡著了，就對彼得說：「西門，你在睡覺嗎？你不能警醒一時嗎？你們要警醒禱告，免得陷入誘惑。你們的心靈雖然願意，肉體卻很軟弱。」耶穌又去禱告，所祈求的跟上次一樣。祂回來時見他們又睡著了，因為他們睏得眼皮發沉，也不知道對祂說什麼。

所以，你們要舉起下垂的手，挺直發酸的腿，

耶穌回到三個門徒那裡，見他們都睡著了，就對彼得說：「難道你們不能跟我一同警醒一時嗎？你們要警醒禱告，免得陷入誘惑。你們的心靈雖然願意，肉體卻很軟弱。」祂第二次去禱告說：「我父啊！如果我非喝此杯不可，願你的旨意成就。」祂回來時見他們又睡著了，因為他們睏得眼皮發沉。耶穌再次離開他們，第三次去禱告，說的是同樣的話。然後，祂回到門徒那裡，對他們說：「你們還在睡覺，還在休息嗎？看啊！時候到了，人子要被出賣，交在罪人手裡了。

但他要憑信心毫不疑惑地祈求，因為疑惑的人三心二意，行事為人沒有定見，就像海上隨風翻騰的波濤，這種人從主那裡什麼也得不到。

要靠著聖靈隨時多方禱告和祈求，警醒不怠地為眾聖徒禱告。

你們要以感恩和警醒的心恆切禱告。
