若山羊和公牛的血，以及母牛犢的灰，灑在不潔的人身上，尚且使人成聖，身體潔淨，何況基督的血，他藉着永遠的靈把自己無瑕疵地獻給神，更能洗淨我們的良心，除去致死的行為，好事奉那位永生的神。

更何況踐踏神兒子的人，他們將那使他成聖之約的血當作不潔淨，又褻慢施恩的聖靈的人，你們想，他不該受更嚴厲的懲罰嗎？

因為他僅只一次獻祭，就使那些得以成聖的人永遠完全。
