They will fill your houses and those of all your officials and all the Egyptians— something neither your parents nor your ancestors have ever seen from the day they settled in this land till now.’” Then Moses turned and left Pharaoh.

河裏必滋生着青蛙；青蛙必上來、進你的宮殿跟臥房，上你的床，進你臣僕的房屋，上你人民身上，進你的手提爐子、和摶麵盆。

你若不讓我的人民走，你就看吧，我必打發蒼蠅羣來到你和你臣僕你人民身上，來到你的房屋：埃及人的房屋就會滿有蒼蠅羣；他們所在之地也必如此。

埃及遍地必有大哀號；從前沒有這樣，將來也必不再有。

蝗蟲上來，在全埃及地上空，息落在埃及全境，非常嚴重：以前沒有過這樣多的蝗蟲，以後也不會有這樣的。蝗蟲遮滿了地面，弄得那地都暗黑了。牠們又喫了地上各樣的菜蔬，和樹上一切的果子、就是冰雹所留下來的：以致埃及遍地、無論是樹木、是田間的菜蔬、連一點青的也沒有留下。

不行，只有你們的男丁可以去事奉永恆主，因為這是你們所謀求的』。就把他們從法老面前攆走。

因着信、他離棄了埃及，不怕王的暴怒；因為他堅心持守，如同看見了人目所不能見的。

你這一切臣僕都要下來見我，向我俯伏下拜說：「求你和跟從你的眾民都出去」，然後我才要出去。』於是摩西氣忿忿地離開法老出來了。

一個黑暗墨黑的日子，一個密雲暗霧的日子，像烏黑鋪滿着山嶺的是一團隊蝗蟲、又大又強盛；從來沒有這樣的，以後也不會再有，直到萬代萬年。

那時有冰雹；有火在冰雹中不斷地閃爍，極為厲害；自從成了國以來、在埃及全地、未曾有過這樣的。
