應知人有善行、主必報之、固無間於奴僕與主人也。

因为晓得各人所行的善事，不论是为奴的，是自主的，都必按所行的得主的赏赐。

以是知凡行善者、不論是僕非僕、必受報於主、

因知各人所行之善、無論為奴者、自主者、必循其所行而受報於主、

because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.

You know that the Lord will give each person a reward. He will give it to them in keeping with the good they do. It doesn’t matter whether they are a slave or not.

knowing that whatever good anyone does, this he will receive back from the Lord, whether he is a bondservant or is free.

Remember that the Lord will reward each one of us for the good we do, whether we are slaves or free.

惟望毋失勇毅之氣、必有厚報。

蓋若輩無以相報、而爾必見報於諸聖復活之日矣。』

故無論猶太人也、希臘人也、奴也主也、男也女也、悉在基督耶穌之身、融為一體矣。

人子必當於厥父光榮之中、率眾天神以臨、按人之行、施人以報。

蓋人人皆須立於基督之審判臺前各依其本身所為之善惡、而受其報答焉。

是宜歡欣踴躍、灑然而樂。蓋爾之天爵大矣。前輩先知被人迫辱、亦猶是耳。

庶幾爾之善舉、隱而不顯；則燭幽洞微之父、必將有以報爾矣。

惟愛爾仇人、以德報怨、貸則不望償、斯獲厚報、而得為至尊者之兒女矣。

在摩西之心目中、基督之垢辱、實富於埃及之寶庫也。何則、其所見者大。其所望者遠也。

蓋天主大公無私、按人之行、施之以報：為善有恆、追求真光榮、真不朽者、報以永生、而營私樹黨、逆真理而順邪惡者、則報以譴怒。患難困苦加於作惡之人、始自猶太、推及希臘。尊榮安康、加於為善之人、亦始自猶太、推及希臘。

以先知待先知者、其福報亦同乎先知。以義人待義人者、其福報亦同乎義人。若有因門徒名義、而予此中最小者以一勺之水、我確語爾、彼亦不失其報矣。』

爾其慎旃。施濟行善、不可徇人耳目；不然、不能望報於爾在天之父矣。
